Caramel In Trani

I wanted to leave a review for Caramel Bistro in Trani. We stopped for dinner while passing through, and I must say it was a truly extraordinary experience. My wife already knew the owner by name, Maurizio, because she had tasted some of his wines. During the evening, we had the pleasure of meeting him in person: a truly special person. He prepares the food in full view, with great passion and attention. Each dish was paired with a wine selected and served directly by Maurizio, creating truly excellent pairings. It was an authentic culinary experience, carefully prepared and full of passion. Maurizio, you are truly a wonderful person. Thank you for the wonderful evening. We will definitely be back! 🍷✨

I found this bistro by chance, and it pleasantly surprised me. The location is intimate, warm, and welcoming. The perfect place to retreat to on a cold winter evening, but also the perfect place to take a woman for a glass of wine. The interior is decorated with wood, verses of poetry, and movie posters. A place like this is easy to find in the alleys of Genoa, but it's rare here. The tables invite you to let go of the stress accumulated during the day, giving way to intimate conversations. The manager, moreover, seems like an old friend, inviting you into his living room and recommending the perfect wine for the evening's mood. Will I return? DEFINITELY!

Enjoyed good wine and pasta. We ate here twice for lunch. Once outside and once inside. Nice owner and cool vibe. Just off the Main Street.
