16/12/2025: The place is truly comfortable and welcoming, but the same can't be said for the staff: my friends and I waited over half an hour for someone to take our order, but no one came to serve us, so we decided to leave. I came alone another time and had the same problem again, and today the waitress asked my friends and me to leave our tables to let other customers sit: crazy! I think the main problem is that there's not enough staff, and those who are there don't seem very friendly. Otherwise, as already mentioned, the atmosphere is very nice, and the breakfast has always been quite good.

04/05/2025: Un disastro totale:unica nota positiva la gentilezza delle cameriere. Per mettere in fila il disastro cominciamo con la richiesta fatta su thefork di essere sistemati fuori: ovviamente non garantita. Poi abbiamo ordinato dei primi tutti diversi e dopo mezz'ora la povera cameriere è stata costretta a chiederci di cambiare l'ordinazione dopo avercela inizialmente presa, e l'abbiamo fatto. Ma il vero disastro è stato la qualità del cibo: risotto salatissimo quasi immangiabile, pasta con le cozze in cui non si sentiva incredibilmente il sapore delle cozze, orecchiette con le cime di rapa che raggiungevano appena il livello di mediocrità. E come ciliegina sulla torta ci sono un prezzo sproporzionato per la qualità del cibo offerto ed un allestimento/arredamento diffusamente dorato del ristorante che definirlo kitch è un eufemismo. Viene il fortissimo sospetto che le buone recensioni su Tripadvisor siano comprate e chiederei al sito di verificare. In conclusione una trappola per turisti assolutamente da evitare!!!!

21/11/2025: Very good pizzas, excellent place, friendly staff, excellent service, I recommend it as a pizzeria and panzerotti as excellent calzones, excellent cooking, everything excellent I recommend it and also the very good appetizers and very kind and helpful waiters.

12/10/2025: The pizza. The only good thing about the place. We waited a bit to see each other, even though we had reservations. Only two waiters on a Saturday, with 70-80 people, maybe more. Even in 2025, I still see slips of loose order sheets, lost, crumpled, rewritten. The wait for pizza is notorious: 20 to 45 minutes. Appetizers are a must, so you don't drink on an empty stomach. Classic bruschetta, fried vegetables, and fries. All classic but good. It's a shame there are some cobwebs on the lights; they indicate a lack of cleanliness and attention.

12/01/2026: I went to this pizzeria with a group of friends... it was my first and last time. The pizza itself was mediocre, nothing special. The real problem came later: less than an hour after eating it, I started feeling terrible and literally had to rush home. I had the impression that some of the toppings weren't in good condition (I'm guessing the mozzarella), especially since I wasn't the only one in my group to experience cramps and intestinal problems. A truly unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

29/12/2025: We had a fairly quick lunch at this typical Apulian restaurant, where we had cavatelli with seafood and orecchiette al forno (a truly fantastic treat). The bread served at the table was also excellent. The restaurant only has outdoor seating, but the open-plan kitchen and super-clean bathroom make all the difference. Kudos to the staff!

19/12/2025: A very quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, located in the historic center of Bari. The food is excellent, and the fried fish is a delight. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. When you visit Bari's historic center, I recommend stopping by for lunch or an aperitivo.

26/01/2026: This is the second time I've eaten something from the Pole Pole brand, and it's always pizza. The menu doesn't usually feature traditional pizzas, except for the Margherita, which comes in two different versions. So if that's what you're looking for, I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise, if you're open to experimenting, I'd recommend it, because they have a great selection of gourmet pizzas, all made to perfection! Delicious and high-quality. The first time, I ordered a takeout pizza with a friend, while the second time, we went to the bistro's winter location and were very pleased with the atmosphere. The real highlight are the tables with a central tile with cute or funny phrases. My friend and I had reservations, we arrived a little late and were made to wait a bit, but whatever, in the end, we were at fault, so no problem. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about. My only complaint is the price: the pizzas are certainly high-quality and highly creative, but they are expensive (I'm talking about pizzas because I've never had the chance to try other items on the menu so far).
