12/10/2025: A website listed it among the best, but it's actually one of the worst sushi places I've ever eaten. The quality of the food isn't the best, but it's not terrible. The biggest problem is the service: after sitting for an hour, we only received seven dishes out of 25 we ordered, and considering the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM, you can't order everything you want. Furthermore, the menu doesn't have a wide selection of dishes, especially for those who don't eat raw fish, not to mention the many dishes that can't be ordered at lunch but are only included in the dinner menu.

12/10/2025: It's never nice to give such a low rating. We sat for over 2 hours for 10 simple dishes. Four of them arrived, 3 of which were incorrect. We point this out, but the confusion and long faces in the restaurant are the order of the day. I wouldn't sit here again, even for free. We left after 2 very long hours, and after tasting cold dishes that may not have even been intended for us. A terrible impression.

23/09/2025: One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever had the fortune of finding in Puglia. The restaurant is very spacious. You can order by phone, and there's a wide selection of Japanese dishes. The menu is all-you-can-eat. Children under 130 cm pay half price.

06/09/2025: Nice place, clean and well-kept. Friendly staff and prompt service. They don't crowd people together, but space them out to ensure privacy. If you like sushi, it's a good choice.

22/08/2025: Clean atmosphere, delicious pizza, super-fast service! Recommended for those in a hurry to grab some food. Takeout is a real treat. The specialty is the pizza by the meter with various toppings. They only have raised tables, no chairs. Very fair prices!

15/07/2025: Scoperto per caso di fianco all’hotel dove alloggio! Esperienza fantastica. Servizio molto gentile e cibo ottimo. Polpette con salsa Mavi buonissime grazie allo zenzero che unito a pomodoro miele e paprika ci stava benissimo. Spaghetti all’assassina da capogiro! E per finire musica di sottofondo fantastica! Straconsigliato!

11/07/2025: An excellent location for a pleasant evening with family and friends. We enjoyed the famous spaghetti all'assassina. The quality of the food was matched by excellent service from the always smiling and helpful staff!

22/07/2025: It's been years since I've been to this place. It was recommended to me because, being on the outskirts of town, it's less hot on these scorching days. The tables are set outside, with plenty of space between them, so you can chat peacefully. They do pizza, but I opted for the orecchiette with tomato and arugula. They were really good, but the appetizer was a no-no. The bruschetta was incredibly hard, inedible. I'll try it again, but without the bruschetta!

11/07/2025: Nothing special except the new location with a beautiful dining room, garden, and pool. The usual, unpretentious pizza. The place is very suitable for parties of all kinds, and the staff is mediocre...

05/10/2025: Overrated. We came from Bari specifically for your aforementioned dish, but we were very disappointed. The restaurant is certainly charming, being set in an old bakery in the historic center of Orsara, but the management isn't up to par with the heritage it manages. Not easy to reach for guests with reduced mobility, and there's only one bathroom for at least 50 seats. The appetizer was not bad, but it was small. We opted for "tastings in the middle" of two first courses and two second courses, for 21 diners: they brought 3, and I mean 3, small bowls of the first course, to be shared among 21 people, meaning a spoonful of pasta per person. The same goes for the second course. The second course was also shameful, with the "Nghimiridd" offal roll arriving cut in half, one half for each diner. Water and wine in the center, a shot of Cherry, a small glass of Moka pot coffee (not bad) for the modest sum of €40 each. The kitchen is outside the restaurant, so the waiters (who certainly won't win the 2025 friendliness award) have to walk through a small courtyard with their plates in hand to get to the dining room. It's a shame, because the flavors are good, and so is the wine. Last but not least, the POS has manufacturing defects, thus encouraging cash payments (....). If you find yourself in Orsara and don't know where to go, go there, but don't bother going there on purpose. There are better options in terms of authenticity and professionalism (and price).

07/06/2025: Non capisco perché Santeramo rimanga all'età della pietra. Esiste un app che si chiama Just eat (da più di una quindicina d'anni) che persino alcuni comuni di provincia come Acquaviva hanno. Niente, da noi non c'è. Preferiamo affollare il paese con 3049484 macchine per andarci a prendere un panino.

29/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a cena con tutta la famiglia. È stata una meravigliosa scoperta. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpatici ci hanno accolti con limonata fresca. Dopo un gustoso amuse bouche, abbiamo gustato diversi piatti a base di pesce tutti abbondanti e ricercati. Ci ha sorpreso la quantità di pesce fresco presente in tutte le portate. Dall' antipasto al dolce è stata un' esperienza culinaria memorabile.

25/07/2025: Ieri, io e mia moglie, siamo andati a cenare, in codesto rinomato ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato due fritture Senza spine, 19,00 euro cadauno due contorni, uno di patate e l'altro misto di broccoli carciofi carote ecc. Un'acqua minerale naturale e un calice di vino rosato. Le fritture 19,00 euro cadauno, nella norma, senza infamia e Senza lode, il vino non particolare 7,00 un calice, acqua panna 3,00. Coperto 6,00. I contorni, rifiutati in quanto non mangiabili, pertanto la signora alla cassa , ha avuto l'onestà di non conteggiarli. Costo finale 54,00. Delusione, in base alle recensioni, ci saremmo aspettati altro. Peccato,forse era una serata storta, oppure ognuno ha il proprio livello.

24/08/2025: Excellent food and a spectacular location. It's a shame about the slow, rude service, and the decision to literally kick customers out of their tables without ever informing them of the time limit. We were about to order dessert and coffee when we were told we had to leave because the next group had arrived. Rotating reservations is legal, but it's right that customers should be informed of this at the time of booking, not a minute before being kicked out.

03/10/2025: Appetizers are only available à la carte; you can't order a mixed starter, but each dish has its own price. The pizza is truly delicious, with excellent thin and crispy dough and excellent selections of innovative ingredients. After the renovation, the atmosphere is also very pleasant, modern and minimalist. The only downside is that the tables are very close to each other, and even if you reserve a specific time, it never actually happens because you always have to stand outside waiting for a table to become available.

05/09/2025: Thank goodness it exists! Very fresh products, excellent quality, quantities perhaps even exaggerated! Friendly, helpful and attentive staff! Clean place! We ate the mixed platter one evening and the next evening we tried the pinza with mortadella ❤️ good selection of wine, I drank a good prickly pear liqueur ❤️
