18/09/2025: Terrible. A brief description: Terrible heat, no fan, super-simple and dry food, everything lacked flavor, the coffee wasn't great either, and the table kept moving. Those are the places where you sit down and can't wait to finish eating and leave.

05/10/2025: I recently returned after years, and perhaps I understood why I hadn't been there before: the wait was so long, and the food magically arrived only after requesting it. I tried home delivery again, but nothing happened. They just weren't on time (almost an hour's wait for 5 pizzas). But let's get to the pizzas. How can anyone think that chili powder is the added value of a diavola? And above all, do 8 slices of spicy salami make it a diavola? Cleaning the oven between batches would help prevent the flour from burning, which then sticks to the pizzas, making them bitter. Sorry for not posting a photo, but alas, I was hungry, so I ate it.

30/09/2025: I went for dinner on Saturday night with a group of friends; there were 10 of us. We sat outside. The place is very nice and welcoming. The pizza was excellent, very tasty, and they have a wide variety. We were very happy and will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

01/09/2025: Delicious pizza, just like traditional pizza! The dough is light and easy to digest, with just the right amount of crunch that only a wood-fired oven can provide. You can immediately taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite is a pleasure, simple and authentic. You can tell there's passion behind every pizza. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: Absolutely amazing pizza! We had not booked but since we showed up very early in the evening the owner was kind to let us dine and vary transparent in explaining that we had to leave at a certain time. Fine with us :)

06/10/2025: I went there yesterday with my biker group. There were about 70 of us. We were very happy with everything. The food was excellent and varied, the staff was courteous, and the location was welcoming. Congratulations to everyone.

21/08/2025: Extremely long wait times (about 2:30 hours from when we sat down)... They came back later to tell us that the order hadn't been passed to the kitchen. Then, even before the pizzas arrived, they came to the table saying there was no fior di latte. The drinks were already warm... And after a very long wait, the pizzas finally arrived: good, but burnt on the crust. A highly appreciated location!

29/08/2025: 9:00 PM We stopped for a quick bite to eat, asking if we could sit down, and there were free tables on a Saturday night. There were four of us, so we sat down and asked what the quickest thing to grab was because we had a commitment by 10:00 PM at the latest! They said fried panzerotti, and we said let's make them, emphasizing the importance of the hour... After 30 minutes, we asked a very young and inexperienced waitress how they were doing, but she never got an answer. After 10 minutes, we asked again without getting an answer. I approached the kitchen to apply pressure and at least get some answers... at 9:45 PM, the answer came back: "They're cooking." At 10:00 PM, given the lack of seriousness, we decided to pay for what we had ordered, that is, to have and leave.... Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, our much-desired panzerotti came out! Too late!!!! PS: if you have seats, you cannot give priority to takeaway!!!!

29/07/2025: Passing through Foggia, my partner and I stopped for lunch at this wonderful restaurant, where we were pampered by the local lady and gentleman. Typical Apulian dishes are exquisite, excellent, and traditional! I recommend it for a fantastic lunch!

19/10/2025: Highly not recommended. Decent food. Staff definitely needs a change. We ordered two rounds of appetizers and in a 2-hour wait we only ate 4 dishes (there were supposed to be 7 in total, perhaps because it wasn't even specified). We still ordered rolls with sauce, and after an hour of being told they were being prepared, we asked for takeout, and the kitchen lady yelled at us and told us she wasn't there to play. Make your own decisions about whether you should go. 🤷‍♀️

16/09/2025: I often dine at Pane e Salute and am never disappointed. The appetizer is excellent, with delicious pancotto. Must try.

(If you're interested, my boyfriend also tried two classic ones and thought they were delicious.) Light dough, fresh ingredients, and top-notch flavor! Bonus points for the kindness and hospitality.

20/08/2025: First of all, I'd like to point out that I almost never write reviews, except in rare cases. I never meant to leave such a negative comment, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience. The panzerotto wasn't fried golden brown, and above all, what prompted me to write was the contents: my classic panzerotto was practically empty, with no sauce or mozzarella. In fact, I only ate a fritter. You can definitely find better in the city. On a positive note, however, the cashier and the man who prepares the panzerotti are both kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming.
