The selection of beers is wide and well curated, accompanied by a menu of simple but tasty dishes, perfect for a snack or an informal dinner. I highly recommend trying their burgers, club sandwiches and burritos. An ideal place for those looking for an authentic pub, where they always feel at home.

01/05/2025: In a beautiful location, a menu with very few courses. When you ask, the waiter tells you that there's more but it's not true, you can't ask for anything else other than the menu, it's serious! There is no tablecloth on the tables and the napkins are paper....at that price then....the service however is discreet, but what's the point.... We went for lunch, eating little and badly, spending too much, if you consider the quality of the food: just over 200 euros but for only 4 starters and 4 first courses, four of us in fact. The appetizers are small in quantity and arrived immediately, perhaps because they were already ready, preserved stuff for sure. In their refinement, an attempt has been made to raise the price and it is all beautiful to the eye but the result is mediocre in taste. The first courses, also very expensive, were terrible: the raw and bland pasta with a poor filling, served in an inconsistent sauce, the raw tagliolini, also without salt, with a few clams, also tasteless and with a terrible cherry tomato, all in a flavorless sauce. To drink two glasses of wine, that is, two half glasses, and two bottles of water. I hope it was just an occasional mistake, I hope so for them, because I respect everyone's work, but for me it was a really bad experience. There are even more expensive and even less expensive places where you eat in a memorable way, here everything is to be forgotten. The previous management was certainly better. Absolutely not recommended.

04/04/2025: Ottima pizza, non condivido il loro modo di gestire la lista d’aspetto,che si organizza non in base all’arrivo ma in base al tavolo che si libera con posti X…. perciò meglio andarci in settimana, dopo decine di volte le ultime due sono state troppo pesanti….per esempio 1h15min per un tavolo da 4+sediolone e sono passati avanti 4 che sono venuti mezz’ora dopo di noi, in questo caso abbiamo avvisato la signora dell’accaduto e siamo andati via.

26/05/2025: Heel vriendelijke bediening. Hij vertelde wat zijn lievelingsgerechten waren. Was geduldig en lief. Liet ons de biologische wijn proeven. Het eten was erg lekker en vegetarisch! Aanrader!!

02/05/2025: I have been to Cibaria several times and I was really satisfied! The place is welcoming and very clean, the staff very kind and attentive. The service was quick and impeccable and is therefore also perfect for a lunch break. The dishes are really delicious, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Furthermore, they also offer take-away service, ideal for those who want to enjoy genuine dishes at home or in the office. Highly recommended, I will continue to return often!

04/05/2025: We had lunch in this really well-managed farmhouse, it is family-run, everything is excellent from the raw materials to the management of the service, even in terms of prices they are in line with the mix of harmony that dominates the structure, we will return to Gallipoli just to eat at their place again!

13/04/2025: Prodotti a km 0 cucinati con cura, ampi spazi, pulizia, cordialità… cosa volere di più?? Abbiamo organizzato in questo locale un pranzo di famiglia (50 persone) per il quale è stato costruito un menu su misura, servito in una sala splendida con affaccio sul giardino e l’area giochi per i bambini, attrezzata e sicura. Un grazie speciale al proprietario, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

04/06/2025: Wonderful location, friendly and highly qualified staff. We celebrated my wife's birthday and everything was fantastic. A place that I didn't know and that already from the first visit impressed me positively. Simona, the owner's daughter, welcomed us and accommodated our every request, providing us with precious suggestions for the event. On the day of the party everything went smoothly. A round of applause also goes to the staff in charge of the tables, always kind, smiling and at your complete disposal. I conclude by saying that I couldn't have asked for anything better and that I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a day or an event feeling pampered from start to finish and I'm sure that for them too it will remain a splendid memory.
