25/01/2026: The ice cream is very good, but since I often order the 500g or 750g tub, I'm somewhat disappointed that the tub is never filled to the size you actually pay for. They put the ice cream in, turn it over, weigh it, and seal it. Even this evening, they were missing more than 60g. Come on, today, come on tomorrow, you're being smart if you treat everyone like that.

02/03/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant for the first shift. From the moment we arrived, we sensed a sense of anxiety from the guy who seemed to be the owner, trying not to go past the time limit for the end of the first shift. We ordered tartare and pizzas. The tartare was very good, but it was poorly placed. The pizza dough is very good with quality ingredients, but the prices are high, perhaps a bit too high for a pizza!

02/11/2025: We stopped here for lunch on Sunday after a mountain bike ride. We found a seat right away; the location is beautiful, with a lovely terrace overlooking the valley. I imagine it's spectacular in the summer. The place is worth the trip.

23/11/2025: We booked for 14, and waited until 2:18 PM for the table to become available?!?! Finally, they sat us at the table that had been ready next to us since we arrived. It took us 30 minutes to order. At 3 PM, we placed our orders, but we waited another 30 minutes for them to be received, and so on. From 2 PM to 4:30 PM, we were able to finish our lunch. We were surprised because there were a lot of staff and many empty tables. But the poor service affected everyone. Only one waitress took orders, and she wasn't very polite; in fact, she was annoyed. I understand the stress of the previous shift, but courtesy is a must for anyone who deals with customers. The food was good, with medium-small portions, and not all of them were of the same quality. But the food didn't make up for the hours of waiting. The bill wasn't high, but it still wasn't in line with the quantity and the time it took to serve.

27/10/2025: Very positive experience... Excellent quality food, the first courses with white truffle were very good. The tagliatelle with wild boar was also very good. Value for money: satisfactory. Recommended! 🔝

13/01/2026: We had breakfast, and the croissants were out of this world. The service was the lowest, but only because the staff, working so hard, has little time to devote to those who are a little uncertain. The atmosphere is also affected by the confusion, but it's still clean.

05/01/2026: On Monday, for lunch, two tables had finished and two were eating when the four of us arrived. After a 10-minute wait, we got the menu, without telling anyone that a lot of items were missing from the menu. Then, as an excuse for forgetting, she said "she was in a hurry" (I remember the restaurant was empty). The girl brought the burnt piadina. We ordered three different pasta dishes for starters, and they arrived undercooked. The second course was meat dishes and a side dish, which arrived one at a time. The wait between the starter and the last course was at least 10 minutes. Everything took a long time... even to clear the plates and give the bill, a bill that, compared to other REAL AND GOOD restaurants in the area, was truly exorbitant: €130 (4 starters + 3 main courses + 1 side dish/water and Coke). The place isn't even nice, soulless... nothing to say... Never again, and with great pleasure.

19/01/2026: An enchanting place to unplug from the rest of the world. I had the pleasure of staying in the suite, the wonderful suite with a whirlpool and fireplace, overlooking snow-capped valleys. It was like a dream. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, given the unexpected amount of snow and the mountain roads. The food was excellent, authentic, and flavorful. We'd love to return in the spring/summer to enjoy the wonderful view in bloom. Superb!
