21/12/2025: Very beautiful, with different atmospheres. All the dishes we tried were excellent, some even exceeding expectations. The passatelli were authentic, not the thick, breadcrumb-flavored ones that are unfortunately so common in restaurants. Both the fish and meat were excellent, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

25/11/2025: When you ask for a Roman-style pizza and the pizza chef goes to get a rolling pin because he knows what he's talking about and knows how to top a Capricciosa (even though I asked for it plain), how many grams the dough should weigh, and at what temperature it should be cooked, it means you're dealing with someone who doesn't improvise, but rather knows what he's talking about through education and training, because being a pizza chef is a profession that requires experience and a desire to learn... and so, Carmine demonstrated great mastery of rolling, cooking, and execution. It's not a given, but I can say he was able to amaze, and I can confirm that it brought me back to Rome. Well done, and well done to all the staff! Thank you. PS The fried foods are also very good: supplì, arancini, panzerotti, etc. I'd love to try the cod fillets, and then... hell breaks loose!

04/11/2025: We ordered several takeout pizzas, and they were delivered on time. The pizza was excellent, with fresh ingredients and quality flours. Good food comes at a premium, but the prices are average.

The food is traditional and plentiful, from the starters, filled ravioli and tagliatelle, to the main courses, rabbit, roast, pork loin with mushrooms and skewers. Dessert and coffee are excellent, the service is honest and the price is highly recommended.

02/11/2025: We stopped here for lunch on Sunday after a mountain bike ride. We found a seat right away; the location is beautiful, with a lovely terrace overlooking the valley. I imagine it's spectacular in the summer. The place is worth the trip.

30/08/2025: We stopped here just for a beer: a great selection of the famous draft beers, hard to find elsewhere, and a great price. Then we indulged in the Ascoli olives, probably not homemade, but fried to perfection, with zero grease. The staff was young and friendly, and the atmosphere was informal. We were happy to return a few nights later!
