The menu isn't extensive, but it offers excellent dishes where the flavor of the fish always takes center stage, and the other ingredients are expertly used to enhance it. No one dish stands out; they're all exceptional.

The restaurant lives up to the hotel's rating: excellent in terms of size, service, and the quality and preparation of the dishes.
