18/03/2024: I was with friends in this restaurant in the Marche interior, we wanted to try the white rabbit ragout which in these parts is considered exceptional
Naturally we took from starters to main courses, including the pappardelle with ragù described above
It was all fantastic!
To be repeated as soon as possible
The manager is very welcoming, the place is a little dated but is well suited for this type of lunch and dinner
