27/11/2023: I have known this restaurant since the early 70s of the last century, when it was managed by "Giubbì" and his wife Ines, and I have frequented it with my family for more than 30 years, in the summer. Then more sporadically. But when we go to Staffolo always. It's a large place, with outdoor tables when the weather permits. Everything excellent The best are the dishes of the Marche cuisine from the Ancona area: from vincisgrassi to rabbit in porchetta to lamb... Verdicchio, Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno are a must. There is also a very good pizza. All well organized by Ilde and her collaborators.

I've always eaten well The pizza is very good as is the fish, meat and everything else, the desserts are also good, the service is attentive and fast, the place is nice and clean, the only note is that being very large there is a lot of confusion but then again, it's a restaurant suitable for ceremonies so there are a lot of people.
