14/02/2025: What can I say? Very good piadina, both the piadina and the filling with sausage, spicy sautéed herbs, mozzarella and pecorino.....a real delight. The place is nice and welcoming and the owner is very kind.

Abbiamo prenotato due pizze abbiamo pagato e ci hanno fatto la sorpresa che ci hanno fatto pagare per quello che avevamo prenotato ma all'interno della confezione c'erano totalmente altre pizze. Abbiamo chiamato per informarli che si sono presi soldi in più a quello che ci hanno dato ci hanno risposto male, senza un minimo di serietà!

09/03/2025: Wonderful experience! Retroscena is a fantastic spot for fine dining and also a welcoming place for families. We dined with our children, and Chef Richard made sure they felt just as special as we did. His warm hospitality and attention to detail created a truly memorable experience for all of us. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of rich flavors, and crafted with passion. The wine selection was perfectly curated, enhancing every dish. Even our kids enjoyed the meal.

04/03/2025: Di passaggio per un viaggio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante liungo la strada attaccato ad una pompa di benzina. Il posto è molto grazioso, sembra una baita di montagna all'esterno ed è curato nell'arredamento all'interno. Il menù ha ampia scelta, i prezzi ci sono sembrati un po' alti considerando la zona e la location. Abbiamo mangiato una tagliata e una pancia di maiale, con contorno di verdure grigliate e di patate, tutto più che dignitoso. Abbiamo notato che fanno anche le pizze, ma non le abbiamo provate.

02/02/2025: Locale intimo e gradevole. Si può andare per un normale pasto o aperitivo. Bella scelta di vini che però non abbiamo potuto apprezzare, essendo un gruppo di astemi. Il locale è perfetto per andarci con amici e offre buone pietanze per tutti i gusti. Buon servizio. Piccolo difetto: bagno unico per uomini e donne e dirimpetto alle cucine.

The amazing meat, the simple and genuine condiments, but above all the attention to the most important thing for a sandwich, the BREAD! Refined bread, not the usual terrible hamburger bread that you find packaged ready for use in any supermarket, it's real bread, amazing!! Please don't ever change!! Thanks for being there!!
