15/02/2025: We were looking for an intimate venue where not only the atmosphere but also the good food reigned supreme. What can I say? We definitely found it! The quality of the dishes offered is excellent, with simple but not obvious combinations and balanced in every flavour. Fair waiting times (the place was full) and smiling, kind, welcoming and impeccable service. The bill in line with everything we received. A Valentine's Day to remember and a restaurant to return to.

15/02/2025: Cercavamo un locale intimo dove a far da padrone non fosse solo l'atmosfera ma anche la buona cucina. Che dire? L'abbiamo sicuramente trovato! Ottima la qualità dei piatti proposta, con abbinamenti semplici ma non scontati e bilanciati in ogni sapore. Tempi d'attesa giusti (il locale era pieno) e servizio sorridente, gentile, accogliente e impeccabile. Il conto in linea con tutto quello che abbiamo ricevuto. Un San Valentino da ricordare e un ristorante in cui tornare.

19/05/2025: We stopped at the restaurant on the way but we will definitely be back. Everything was excellent and at a reasonable price! You absolutely have to try the tartare (they make it in many ways)!

13/05/2025: Stopped for a break during a trip. Kindness, a small snack and a decent coffee. I would like to try the entire offer of the establishment from the rooms to the meals.

01/05/2025: Booked with the fork at 1.15pm (two people) passed by at 1.245pm and the place was closed with the words open from 12.15pm (also on Google). First thing everyone would think, the place is closed in winter. The owner calls us at 4.15pm screaming because we didn't show up. 1 change the times on the door and on google 2 if you are frustrated, change jobs 3 Don't call a customer who doesn't show up 3 hours after booking 4 In addition to the screams they left racist comments that we are not Italian. (rest assured that we are more Italian than you and in any case it is the tourists who give you work so respect, always) 5 Learn education before opening a restaurant. All of the above happened in February (to specify in case you don't remember). Never again!!!

29/04/2025: The 25 cm. I booked a table for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) in this inn through The Fork based mainly on the good reviews reported in the application. We are greeted by a gentleman who asks us to have a little patience because a girl on the staff was ill, he was leaving and the boy serving tables was a novice, but not to worry. We trust and sit down anyway even because it was late and raining. Given the above average prices and the short time available, we plan to eat a first course and possibly a side dish. Before leaving, the gentleman offers us three samples of first course while the girls, who take a plate of amatriciana each, will be served after about half an hour. In addition to the tastings, we take water and 2 ½ liter carafes of house wine and then a plate of ham. After more than an hour and a half since we sat down, something to eat finally arrives, two dishes of chicory (to be honest, good) which however we hadn't ordered and after a further 10/15 minutes the famous samples begin to arrive. Given the time of service and the not excellent quality of the dishes (the scialatielli with mushrooms were overcooked and watered down as well as tasteless and the amatriciana decidedly insignificant, I would have cooked it better), having to leave again, we decide to give up the side dish and ask for the bill. We were told verbally by the waiter that the total lunch was 272 euros which, divided by 8 people, equals 34 euros each. In practice, 34 euros for eating a plate of pasta (because the 3 samples put together made a whole portion), water, a little wine, a single portion of ham and four scant portions of side dish to be divided into eight and moreover not requested. In practice, each portion of small samples was counted as if it were a whole dish, as if each of us had eaten 3 whole portions of the first course. We probably wouldn't have spent so much in a starred restaurant. Annoyed by the disproportionate bill and after asking for a detailed tax receipt given that, among other things, it had not been provided to us, I asked the waiter several times to speak to the owner in order to dispute the bill that had been presented to us but, according to him, he could not leave because he was making food. In the end, after having insisted several times and a further half hour had passed, the owner finally deigned to leave but remained in her positions despite the terrible service received and the astronomical bill presented. Lastly, immediately after we left, she was also quick to cancel my reservation on The Fork in order to avoid a negative review which she imagined I would certainly give her but, I feel sorry for her, I managed to write it anyway. P.S. I don't usually put negative reviews when I don't like a place unless it goes too far as in this case and the lady did.

02/05/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Ancona. The place is small and has some outdoor seating. You order based on the availability of the day but in any case it is always advisable to listen to the advice of those behind the stove. We had noodles with prawns, bacon and courgettes: delicious. Advisability.

22/04/2025: I'm not exaggerating when I say this place has the best food in the world. their udon are something that goes beyond the simple "good": you can feel the love, passion and care in every bite. every time I eat there, I feel happy, satisfied, and yes... sometimes I almost want to cry from the goodness😭😭 it's as if every dish tells a story, and I'm grateful that this corner is right in my city. I feel very lucky to have a place so close. The guy who cooks there, in my opinion, is a real artist: he cooked the best noodles I have ever eaten in my life :)))

02/06/2025: The owners are two young, cheerful and very polite people. We had a good time even though we were there only during the day. Clean bathroom. Large and clean environment, including the beach.

02/06/2025: Very simple little place on the sea, run by friendly staff, good fish and varied menu. The only flaw was that we found ourselves with an exorbitant bill because the price of the appetizer was not clear on the menu (which turned out to be 50 euros) Prices must be clear, not interpretable.

01/06/2025: A very pleasant surprise!!! We were passing through and hungry….we stopped at random in this restaurant by the sea. Everything was absolutely delicious, very fresh and quality!! Excellent menu. Highly recommended

15/05/2025: Un posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Agriturismo con le camere spaziose,con il necessario e pulite. Ristorante con la vetrata che da nelle colline Marchigiane. Tutti i piatti assaggiati erano buonissimi,- lingua squisita, fritto di carne e verdure ottimo e per finire il dolce - la chiusura perfetta. Per la colazione proposte fresche e tutto fatto in casa, con la musica rilassante sotto fondo. Abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con la proprietaria - che ha la passione per quello che fa ,e infatti si percepisce in tutto.

23/04/2025: I only review the restaurant, because I didn't use the rooms. Exceptional raw material, which consequently gives extraordinary results in the dishes...obviously also thanks to the skill of the chefs. Generous portions and fair prices. Typical dishes of the Marche cuisine (I recommend, as we did, a nice initial aperitif with a selection of appetizers, cold cuts, cheeses. Then you can be on the safe side with any dish on the menu... which in any case are not many, especially the first and second courses, and it is a quality to be appreciated because it denotes fresh, seasonal and never banal products). Very nice location, both the interior which is very well looked after and the exterior which is more rustic. Really friendly and nice staff; perhaps slightly disorganized... but it must be said that the place was completely full and there were numerous tables, so perhaps some slightly long waiting times are also due to that. Well-stocked cellar and excellent advice from the waitress/sommelier who recommended a local sparkling wine. Definitely worth returning in every season, also to see how the menu varies based on nature.

29/04/2025: Pausa pranzo in centro ad Ascoli, locale accogliente, ci siamo accomodati nella "seconda" sala con le mura in pietra regala un ambiente storico ma curato. Buon cibo, dagli antipasti, ai primi della tradizione e anche la carne molto buona. Eravamo pieni ma torneremo per assaggiare i dolci che erano molto invitanti. Molto gentili e simpatiche le ragazze Aurora e Lucrezia, nonostante il locale fosse pieno hanno sempre risposto con un sorriso alle nostre richieste.

07/04/2025: We were satisfied, after several attempts we booked... it's always full, we found an efficient service, polite and very fast waiters, welcoming place, good food, good quality/price ratio ok, we will be back soon, I recommend it
