09/11/2025: Excellent service, excellent cuisine, and for me, a celiac, I was finally able to eat a plate of excellent fresh gluten-free pizzoccheri. We will definitely be back.

25/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, good and plentiful pizzoccheri with the option of seconds, Valtellina fixed menu for €27. Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: A gem, we're almost sorry to share it...just a few steps from the Forte parking lot (too close for sports enthusiasts, but we assure you, charming and perfect for families with children), this refuge welcomes and pampers you without reservation, like a true refuge (a rare thing). The owner and his daughter are super hosts, as you can see from the decorations in every corner of this magical spot in the woods!

29/11/2025: I'm sorry we're not there, today's a bad day. I've been there several times before and have always been satisfied, but this time more than one thing went wrong. Tasteless sloppiness, one out of three Tzigoiner dishes was definitely undercooked, liquid risotto, endless wait times so much so that the probable relatives of the owners who arrived after us finished before our first courses arrived. But the thing that really didn't sit well with me was the position of the table, nestled between two others, one of which was with five girls who were obviously talking about their own business, not exactly in a low voice, and who we literally had in our arms. I booked a few days ago, there were some free tables, why did they put me there while the "relatives" were nice and calm at the round table of three? Then Angelo Duro is right to book for 15 even if it only goes to two people. To conclude, the POS doesn't work.

31/08/2025: Beautiful outdoor seating and a traditional trattoria inside. Excellent food (fantastic pizzoccheri), friendly and fast staff.

08/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a warm, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. In our opinion, the food was more beautiful than it was delicious. The staff was at times cold and aloof, but some were polite. The young cashier with dark glasses was extremely rude and impolite, and definitely unprofessional. When it came time to pay, my friends and I were met with disrespectful and rude behavior. In an arrogant tone, as if we were in the way, we were asked to provide our table number before proceeding. Unfortunately, our table number wasn't even listed. So, instead of accommodating us or simply explaining the situation politely, the response was, in our opinion, unnecessarily aggressive. In any case, once this incident was over, we asked if it was possible to issue separate bills, and once again, the reaction seemed even more irritated: sighs, an annoyed tone, and obvious nervousness, until at a certain point the girl turned to her colleague and said, "Listen, you do it," leaving us with the impression that we were being treated more like a nuisance than as customers. A shame, really, because the least we always expect is politeness and respect. I sincerely hope this comment can help management improve the quality of service, because this incident was saddening, to say the least, especially in front of other customers.

13/08/2025: It is unacceptable to be greeted by staff who swear and curse at customers who have just entered (and not even greeted, obviously) because they stumble about their business and then get upset, instead of apologizing.

13/10/2025: They may be cheap, but they're really strict. They're not open to other requests, and if you have kids, it's best to bring your own food, because even making a simple pasta dish with tomato sauce is too much work. On the other hand, the quality is very good.

09/09/2025: A welcoming, family-friendly place! The staff is kind and helpful. The food... speechless! Amazing. Absolutely mouth-watering! The same goes for the desserts made by Denise; besides waiting tables, she's also an excellent pastry chef! We'll definitely be back.

13/12/2025: The experience was absolutely delicious. I ordered the "Menu' Della Sera" and there was so much food that I had to get the second course to go. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive to our table throughout the evening.

04/12/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the restaurant after our Bernina Express ride. Therefore, we can't offer any feedback on the hotel itself. Everything was absolutely perfect in terms of food and drinks, and the Chardonnay we chose was delicious. Our only suggestion would be that the knives could be a bit sharper; it would make cutting much more pleasant. Best regards, A & C
