Pineta In Gerola alta

I went to dinner with some colleagues three days ago and found the food excellent and plentiful. The place is very quiet. I recommend it.

It's a quiet hotel in the middle of the woods (the waterfall opposite is spectacular) and is in a great location for hikers (close to trails and the chairlift). It has an '80s style; that's its charm, but some things could be improved. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast service could be improved, but dinner is excellent (always generous). It's also ideal for celiacs. The owner is always kind and helpful, but I prefer not to comment on his wife's situation after last night's episode.

The owner was very friendly and the service was impeccable. The rooms were small; one closet door was unusable because it was partially blocked by the bedside table. The bathroom still needs updating, with separate hot and cold faucets and a shower temperature that wouldn't stay set, going from hot to almost cold on its own. The outside doors couldn't be closed completely because they rubbed against the banister. Overall, though, I'd say it was a good stay.

A beautiful, quiet place for those who love tranquility, surrounded by nature. The food is very good and plentiful. The managers and waitresses are very kind.

We took advantage of the restaurant's take-out service, excellent quality!
