02/06/2025: The best pizza in Valtellina. They say: You arrive and they don't even know the name of the person who booked the table. In the meantime, while our friends arrive, we decide to get 2 beers and pay for them right away. On the menu, 2 small beers are listed as 3 euros and they cost us a whopping 10 euros. And of course, they took the cover charge. Too bad they had the cover charge repaid at the end of the dinner. So that cover charge cost 6 euros. But that's okay!!!!! AH 10 euros for two small beers without even the shadow of an olive. Let's die for greed, but we don't give up because maybe, in some hidden part of their hearts, there are even welcoming people. We decide to enjoy these two expensive beers leaning against the counter but the boss asks us to move several times. And yes, because you should know that there is no room to move there. So, to avoid disturbing them, we go outside but there isn't even a chair to sit on. That is, the chairs are there but they leave them stacked outside in a corner. But we don't give up and so we take them ourselves and sit down. At a certain point we are hunted by a table set up in the space of two seconds right where we were. Don't give up, I repeat, because you know, the real beauties of life are around the corner. Maybe the pizza is good. Friends arrive. Burnt pizzas. All of them. Is it a characteristic of Neapolitan pizza? I don't think so. They get the order wrong. There's not even enough room to move around to go to the bathroom but they don't give up the kilometer-long tables. Oh, speaking of the bathroom, while you pee with one hand you have to hold the door closed because it has an anti-panic handle and therefore you can't lock it. Then obviously they forget about you and imagine if they ask you DO YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE? IS EVERYTHING OK? COFFEE? DESSERT? Moral of all, our pizza party even had an expiration date. At 9:30 PM we had to clear the table. From Frenck to Frec it's a short step.

25/05/2025: Great restaurant and bar right on the slope. It's just a shame that the cable car, which had a lower station here, was cancelled. We were given chips and nuts with our drinks as a courtesy from the company.

18/03/2025: The kindness of the staff and the location on the ski slopes make this refreshment point perfect. It's a shame that the chairlift, whose departure is right nearby, is currently closed.

19/06/2025: Alternative to the refuge at the top. 2 km from the pass where the commemorative pyramid is. Ate good pizzoccheri. Free toilets! Obviously.

This morning cake😍 I was leaving sad on my motorbike and in the rain, they don't do breakfast but I would say they redeemed themselves greatly♥️. Blueberry cake 🔝 Barbara & Vittorio

06/05/2025: I went there with my family for breakfast. Special brioches, giant and very good. The service was impeccable. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

08/04/2025: Very good food, both the pizza and the first/second courses and there are some particular and good beers. You should know that it will take some time for the food to arrive, but it will be delicious when it arrives!

24/04/2025: A cool bistro, perfect for relaxing. Located in the middle of the piazza, it exudes an authentic Italian atmosphere. The garden invites you to sit, especially when the weather is nice. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious. A nice place to watch and enjoy the goings-on on the square.

31/03/2025: We decided to drive down from St Moritz towards Chiavenna on a Saturday evening. The only place with some music. The place is completely full, with some nice people inside. Alessia welcomed us very warmly, she was very polite, courteous and made us feel at ease. The Linda was good, and the starters were really good. Since we are "close" we will return more often.

23/03/2025: Ho appena preso un affogato all’amarena composto da gelato, amarene, panna e cialda. Costo 5€ Mi hanno portato un affogato senza panna perché alle 19.00 avevano già pulito e anche senza cialda perché l’avevano dimenticato. Al momento del pagamento volevano che lo pagassi al prezzo pieno perché sostenevano di aver messo 3 palle di gelato ma in realtà erano a malapena 2. La banconista particolarmente scontrosa mi ha fatto uno sconto di malapena 0,50 cent.

14/03/2025: Un posto da favola. Al piano terra tanti prodotti freschi di altissima qualità, formaggi, yogurt, gelati, latte, etc... Al primo piano un posto accogliente dove mangiare comodamente seduti. Ci fermiamo ogni volta che siamo di passaggio in Valtellina. Promosso a pieni voti

20/06/2025: Ho sempre provato la specialita' del pizzaiolo e quasi sempre si trattava di un "di tutto, di più " però buttato la' alla rinfusa, ma... la "mangia e taci" che ho provato l'altra sera è stata un bellissima sorpresa! Pizza tagliata a spicchi con ognuno un sapore diverso, tutti buonissimi... sembra di mangiare 6,8 pizzette diverse! Sara' d'ora in poi la mia fermata preferita quando verremo da Venezia. Da provare!

21/06/2025: We took advice from our host and no advice was more than spot on. Excellent food, warm atmosphere, a particular place for the style if you want refined. But the strong point is definitely her ... Letizia ... owner, attentive, friendly, capable and beautiful (which doesn't hurt) honest in everything even in advising you not to overdo it with the orders as the food is really abundant. We will definitely return for the food but above all to say hello to Letizia. Ismaldo and Antonio

12/03/2025: Fixed stop after a trek to the Gembro plains. Fast service, typical Valtellina dishes, and other specialties. Possibility of a deckchair to relax in the sun in good weather.

01/01/2025: Mi sono recata per fare una merenda con la mia famiglia e mi hanno sbattuto la porta del locale in faccia perché dovevano allestire i tavoli per la sera. Una maleducazione inaspettata e nonostante abbia fatto presente i toni molto scortesi c'è stato un menefreghismo totale. NON Consiglio questo posto per la maleducazione del personale.

30/05/2025: The road to reach this village is narrow but the food and friendly treatment is a good compensation. Local dishes cooked with traditional competence.
