27/02/2025: Esto es en la ciudad de Milán. El restaurante italiano estaba muy ocupado por la tarde, así que pensamos que probamos la comida.
El personal era bastante agradable, pero no tenía tiempo para usted. La decoración del restaurante se veía bien.
But… . . La pizza no era buena y la hamburguesa era solo carne barata en un bollo. . La hamburguesa de ternera también era cara.
El baño era un desastre con el suelo mojado y no funcionaba las instalaciones.
En general no volvería. No para mí...

And unfortunately it will close this end of the year..
So avoid making reviews hahahaha...
I do it because this place is not only beautiful but I'm sorry that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close
But here it is 🤣😂😂🤣 it's killing me.. I think that a place is necessarily closing because they don't renew the rental contract and unfortunately it could be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. You are attached to this cell 24 hours a day for useless things. Every now and then, use it intelligently.
01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online.
I wish I read the reviews before I got in.
Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

24/02/2025: Deserved closure. In the past, Milan was excellent for restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues, but today it is in a terrible condition. Extremely poor quality and professionalism, courtesy and latent empathy, sanitary conditions a very distant memory. The urban police with nas and financial police should crack down.
22/02/2025: Ordered a coffee and a croissant at the bar, he asks us if we want to sit down, we sit down, the waiter comes and asks us what we want, we say that we have already asked for a coffee and a croissant, we consume it in 2 minutes, they bill us €6.50 (€3.50 for the coffee since there is table service) 😂 shame

I SALENTINI

20/02/2024: The idea of bringing the flavors of Salento to the heart of Milan is definitely valid and original, but it's a shame that it stops there.
The service is very superficial, but little substance. I spent the evening getting up to close the entrance door to the restaurant, which opened every minute, letting in drafts of air from outside! I must have done it about fifteen times, but no one cared about it. At a certain point, now exasperated, I placed a stool against the door itself to block it! In short, attention to the customer is decidedly low.
Wine list with interesting but limited proposals: Salento is much more!
The menu, certainly inviting, then takes the form of "normal" dishes where the raw materials seem to come from industrial distribution, rather than from regular supplies from Salento. This applies to the burrata, to the orecchiette, but also to the raw fish that we ate during the evening.
I also found the preparation of the dishes more suitable for the "tourist mass" who will certainly not fail to crowd the place in the coming months, but the quality is something else!

22/06/2024: Been staying in Italy for 10 plus years and have only just tried this establishment with my husband normally stay at the una causai hotel at top of the road, and this year decided to stop eating in the town centre(tourist trap)and eat more locally, this pizza wa delicious and we even had left overs to enjoy on our train ride back to airport, yes we walked milan with a pizza box (proudly ) my husband was impressed with our total bill as well, will definitely be coming back 😀
