24/01/2025: Total disappointment. Received a gift certificate for two for fish and champagne. Pork cutlets for the second course, and no champagne at all. The important thing for them was to hand over the voucher. You never know, I'll use it twice. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I won't be setting foot there again. July 2024.

03/10/2025: I ordered on Glovo and it was supposed to arrive between 12 and 12.30 but every time I checked it changed the time until 1.00 pm... too slow... and it shouldn't have been delivered far but a few meters away.

01/06/2025: A nice bar that you find as soon as you arrive in town, behind the counter, a beautiful, sunny and kind lady who welcomes you in the best way, an excellent pizza 🍕 that can be enjoyed as a snack or accompanied by an aperitif 🍸 and an excellent nonno's coffee that refreshes us on these hot summer days, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏻

07/10/2025: + Clean room The bed was comfortable. Good location - close to all attractions. Included in the price was a croissant/sandwich at a nearby cafe for breakfast. - When we were looking for the owner to help us with an air conditioning issue, she didn't answer us and we had to look for it ourselves by watching videos on YouTube.

27/09/2025: So... I can hardly understand all these negative reviews... Of course, one or two walls in the stairwell could use a bit of paint... But how long will it all last? Probably two hours... until the next guests arrive with their suitcases... The rooms are comfortable and functionally furnished... and very clean! The bed linens are changed every day... and the towels are always fresh, too... I didn't expect that... Really great... The bed and mattress are good... Breakfast in the little café around the corner is okay... It's not far from the train station and the city center.... Basically perfect... The service and the communication are very friendly... I'd be happy to come back...

14/09/2025: Nice place, facing the lake, the food isn't bad, but I don't recommend it on Sundays because it feels like being on the beach in Rimini on August 15th... so the service suffers a lot as well...

03/09/2025: A restaurant offering a wide-ranging menu for every need. It's a shame about the wait time; we were told there was a 10-minute wait for pizzas, but after 40 minutes, nothing. We mentioned this to the waiter, who said, "It depends on the pizza chef." Finally, the pizzas arrived, and a waitress asked us how it went. We explained everything, and she told us, "That's how it went today." Sometimes apologizing and admitting guilt is the best strategy.

18/08/2025: Ferragosto at Osteria Capetone! What a spectacular lunch! Everything was delicious: rich and delicious appetizers, surprising first courses (the parsley candies were the bomb!), tasty second courses, and fresh and original desserts. The triple milk gelato and the watermelon tart won us over! Friendly service, good wine, and a super pleasant atmosphere. Only suggestion: a few extra fans for those eating outside, as it was quite hot. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff, who were truly kind and very professional. Thank you, Daniele.

15/06/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo posto che volevamo provare da un po e le 5 stelle che ho messo se le merita tutte - la polenta taragna è da sballo, per non parlare del morbido di vitello , super tenero e intriso di aromi avvolgenti. abbiamo testato anche la torta di mele, calda al punto giusto con la crema di vaniglia , che è davvero una bomba di sapore. un ''bravo'' a Daniele che ci ha serviti con attenzione , cura e molta educazione. abbiamo la nostra mecca per la polenta. ritorneremo sicuramente :) !!

30/04/2025: ... è il giudizio che manca! Buono. Per me questo locale è così. Ottima la posizione con ampio parcheggio mai completamente pieno nemmeno d'inverno. Buona la struttura, ben tenuta e molto in ordine. Buono il servizio, sbrigativo ma attento e cordiale. Buono il cibo: mai delusioni in tanti anni e per ogni tipo di appuntamento, dal pranzo frugale alle nozze di amici. Buone anche il servizio di h ostelleria: belle le camere, i bagni e la pulizia. Ci passo quando giro in valle e mi fermo ogni volta che posso. Consiglio a tutti.

22/08/2025: We had an aperitif last night in Bergamo at this bar... ... The waiter was extremely kind and attentive.

09/08/2025: We went to this place for a quick aperitif. We ordered two beers and a portion of meatballs. Upon first bite, we noticed that they were overcooked, or rather burnt, on the outside, and completely raw on the inside. Politely and tactfully (having been a professional in the industry for over 20 years), we called the waiter to point this out. Then, without having eaten them at all, we sent them back. Without a word, they added the meatballs to our bill. We paid and left without another word. It's a shame, because it was right next door, so convenient. A positive note was the Stella Artois on tap. It's a shame, we definitely won't be returning.

15/09/2025: An experience to forget, table service bordering on unrealistic (one girl was about 11 years old and one was barely over 18). We chose the menu of the day, which included pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto (so we were told), a tomato pasta dish that was completely overcooked and sour. The second course was a braised beef with pepper and burnt meat (evidently unstuck from the bottom of the pan), and a tasteless polenta. The side dish was boiled vegetables, which never arrived, just like the bottled wine we ordered twice and never arrived. Perhaps we would have eaten better in a nursing home!!!

01/06/2025: Pub located near the industrial area of ​​Dalmine, with various parking lots in front and in the surrounding streets. The place is large and has many tables for consumption (in the summer also some tables in the outdoor area). The pub offers craft beer, various types of sandwiches/hamburgers, pizzas and some dishes of cuisine. Entertainment events are often proposed, especially musical ones. The pizzas are really very good. The staff is kind and helpful and the service is fast.

12/10/2025: A very centrally located, welcoming restaurant spread over two floors. The pizza is good, with quality ingredients, as is the rest of the food. However, service was slow, not so much in taking orders, but in the wait between placing the order and the pizzas arriving (about 45 minutes). Pizza prices are average, but the €3.50 cover charge seemed a bit excessive, especially considering that bread wasn't served and the long wait. Overall, a good place to eat pizza in the center of Bergamo, but I recommend booking and having a little patience.

29/09/2025: Very friendly staff, they are really attentive. The entire decor and ambiance are also top-notch. The food came unexpectedly quickly, but the taste left something to be desired. I had a 4 Formaggi pizza; the cheese wasn't completely melted, but the crust was almost burnt. To my surprise, the pizza didn't have any tomato sauce. My colleague had the steak with potatoes. The steak was truly fabulously presented; it came sizzling on a hot plate—really great! The steak could have used a bit more salt and pepper, but we both thought the potatoes were good. The price is acceptable for this meal.

14/07/2025: The dining room is large (and completely empty when we entered), quiet. A faint smell of soup lingers, but ultimately, that aroma reminds me of every grandmother's house. The owner (at least, I think) is rather creepy, but overall, the service is quick (we were the only ones there, yes, but you'll understand why I'm surprised if you come in) and the food is pretty good, reasonably priced.

08/06/2025: I went back with friends on Thursday night and we had a "less good" time than usual, it's a shame but we liked the young girl at the counter the other nights more on a human and professional level. Maybe it wasn't her role, and we were assholes too to drink cocktails in an ice cream shop....
