17/05/2026: Terrible customer service and unacceptable behavior
I'm giving one star only because zero isn't possible. I ordered pizzas, clearly specifying over the phone that I would pay with a card because I didn't have cash. Upon delivery, the delivery woman showed up without a card and refused to hand over the pizzas, even though it was the pizzeria's fault.
A misunderstanding immediately arose due to my broken intercom and a missed call, but as soon as I realized it, I promptly called back to clarify and resolve the matter. In response, I received text messages threatening to call the Carabinieri.
The worst, however, happened when the delivery woman returned: my partner, visibly pregnant (in her fourth month), came down to pay and was confronted by an incredibly rude person who started yelling at her in the middle of the street.
Organizational errors can happen, but threats over a cell phone and verbal aggression against a pregnant woman are totally intolerable. Terrible customer service and zero humanity. I strongly advise against this activity

08/06/2026: I frequent this restaurant regularly, about once or twice a month, and I have to say I really enjoy it. Whether I choose Italian or other ethnic cuisine, the quality and flavors are excellent. Service, except when it's busy, is quite fast, and the staff is always friendly, even when under pressure. I recommend trying it, especially midweek when it's less crowded.

25/05/2026: A beautiful agriturismo surrounded by greenery. The farmhouse is well-maintained, the garden is large, and there are games for children. Late afternoons and evenings are particularly charming. They offer a fixed-price menu with appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and side dishes, dessert, coffee, water, and wine (both white and red) for €38. Upon request, and during the summer months, they also offer aperitifs.

09/06/2026: Terrible experience, first and last time... undrinkable beer, seemed to have been diluted with water, and it was also brought 30 minutes before the pizza was served, and being outside it became hot. The pizza was raw and of an unknown shape. Unprofessional and unpolite staff. The only positive note was the children's playground near the tables, otherwise a fail.

Casoncelli, saffron porcini mushrooms, Tropea red onion, salami, Scottish salmon, bottarga, foie gras, rhubarb, wasabi sauce, and many others emphasize its uniqueness.
26/09/2025: The gelateria is small and well-kept, with a few tables both inside and outside. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gelato is delicious, and I was very intrigued by the option to try special flavors like saffron, tomato and basil, gorgonzola, and salami (really interesting!). It's a shame the prices are truly outrageous: €8 for two cones of two flavors is unjustified.

11/04/2026: Drinking a bottle of wine costing €50 and seeing only 4 taralli, 4 crisps, and 4 olives brought to your table seems very little to me. I was expecting some cold cuts and some cheese. In short, I felt like I was being treated the same as those who drank a glass of wine or a cocktail—in short, not at the right level for those who spend more!
29/03/2026: Beer with a glass full of 40% head. I ask if they can please remove some of the head and refill it. The bartender removes the head and tells me that's how they pour beer and that he won't give me any more... 😕
A €25 charcuterie and cheese platter is an embarrassing amount for the price.

13/01/2026: We arrived at 12:50 and had to wait for a table. After we sat down, we had to wait for the table to be cleared. For a business lunch, it was a long wait. The lunch wasn't bad, nothing special.
20/12/2025: Last night, my wife, daughter, and I had the pleasure of dining at "Da Mario," and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience!
First of all, the waitress was very cheerful and friendly; she greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. Her friendliness and professionalism made the restaurant's atmosphere even more welcoming and pleasant.
The food, then, was simply wonderful! The dishes were prepared with care and attention, and the flavors were explosive and delicious. We sampled several dishes, and they were all excellent.
And we can't forget the house wine, which was excellent! It accompanied us throughout the dinner and made us appreciate the dishes even more.
In short, our experience at Da Mario was exceptional. The combination of excellent cuisine, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel welcomed. You won't be disappointed!

The Aperol Spritz at just €5 is definitely one of the best value-for-money drinks we found during our stay!
The local sweet treats were delicious, perfect for discovering a bit more of Bergamo's cuisine 🇮🇹
Note, however: there is no table service, as indicated directly on the tables!
A simple, friendly spot, ideal for an aperitivo without breaking the bank.

I only complain about the quality of the service from the two girls, who seemed very annoyed by their work, especially considering that we ate outside of peak hours (they even gave us the wrong drink, but that's okay, mistakes happen). I'll also tell the managers that the girls weren't wearing hats when they made our piadinas, which isn't the best for a chain that produces excellent quality products. Have a nice day! 👌🏻

I wanted a simple Mojito, and my drink was so sugary it was almost undrinkable. After a few sips, it was clear something was wrong.
I politely asked if it was possible to exchange it, and the staff took the glass away. After a few minutes, they brought back the exact same glass, simply emptied and rinsed, without any real solution to the problem.
This behavior, I found unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. When a drink is reported as incorrect, you expect it to be remade correctly, not simply "fixed" haphazardly.
Considering the location of the place and the standard one would expect in an area like this, the experience was truly disappointing.
03/06/2026: Got there on a rainy evening as they were about to close. The lady stayed open for us and was incredibly accomodating.
Good was cheap and tasty. Tiramisu was amazing. Staff are very friendly.
Good value for money.

17/05/2026: On a freezing, snowy day on the slopes of Foppolo, after probably overdoing it with the bombardinos and defying physics with a skiing style worthy of a run-over deer, I had the brilliant idea of crashing into this mountain restaurant—a restaurant, to call it, would be an insult to the establishment and perhaps even to the mountains themselves.
As soon as I entered, a man with a welcome worthy of a Soviet checkpoint showed me to a table with the grace of someone escorting a prisoner. I ordered a bombardino drizzled with Campari: vanished into cosmic nothingness. Never arrived. Perhaps lost in an avalanche along with the dignity of the service.
For lunch, I ordered two pizzas and some chips. After over an hour of waiting—during which I seriously considered hibernating and waiting for the snow to thaw—two vulcanized rubber discs with the consistency of après-ski soles arrived, along with chips that looked like they'd been exhumed from a World War I shelter. Every request was met with annoyed looks and responses reminiscent of a seedy tavern.
The most surreal moment comes when, after pointing out the indecency of the situation, I'm practically thrown out of the place like a war criminal, wasting my time, lunch, and a half-day ski pass. Last but not least, the guy behind the counter throws money at me in the chest as if I were a harassing beggar and not a paying customer.
A hideous, putrid place, with the warm atmosphere of a morgue and the professionalism of an abandoned service station. If you're looking for rudeness, endless waits, and food offensive to the human palate, you've found paradise. If I could give half a star, I would, but above all, I'd recommend an urgent visit to anyone who works there to rediscover the basic meaning of the word "polite."
22/02/2026: Excellent experience at the start of the ski slopes. We were greeted, late that evening, with kindness and friendliness. So much so that we returned the next day.
Excellent pizzas with spectacular dough 🤩.
The food in the kitchen was also good.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
They accept dogs.
We felt like we were among friends.
I've read some negative reviews and can't believe it. I also find the fact that they charge before you finish your meal fair, given how crowded it is and the usual swindlers who want to eat for free.
Recommended.
One flaw is that they don't have vegan options, but the pizza is excellent, and without mozzarella, it's easy to eat well.
