08/11/2025: I've been going to Vecchio Mercato for almost twenty years, and it's become a trusted name in my opinion. Probably the best pizza you'll find within a radius of several kilometers. Service is basic but courteous and fast, and the place is traditional and welcoming. I highly recommend the French fries, a must for any diner!

01/11/2025: I've been wanting to eat farinata at this place for a while now. It reminds me of my childhood, when we'd buy it with my grandmother while waiting for the bus. The other night I went with some friends. The farinata was wonderful, crispy and not greasy, and the service was impeccable. I'll be back with my family.

09/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve with friends at this small restaurant in the center of Laigueglia. The location isn't particularly elegant, but it's suitable for any occasion. I must say that for New Year's Eve dinner, space was a bit tight, to the detriment of the guests' comfort. There wasn't a set menu, but we had to choose from several dishes offered that day, mostly seafood, but not exclusively. I ordered scallops au gratin, which were not bad, but not exciting. The seafood gnocco was good, as was the tagliolini verde. I enjoyed the fried fish, which was plentiful, but I would have preferred more fish and fewer chips. The grilled prawns were good. We followed with a few desserts and liqueurs before the fireworks. We spent €60 per person, perhaps a bit too much for what we ate.

15/10/2025: We went for lunch today. The atmosphere was pleasant. We had delicious spicy mussels and exquisite spaghetti with clams. The owners and staff were super helpful. The prices weren't exactly cheap, but the food was good, and that's enough.

27/11/2025: Today for the first time we had lunch with spaghetti allo scoglio and lasagna, everything was excellent, the friendliness was excellent.

24/09/2025: We ordered a paella for two to take away (€13 each), and I highly recommend it! It was hearty, rich, and flavorful, and the food was top-notch. We'll be back for the fritto misto, which is also delicious. Affordable prices, excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

22/09/2025: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, where we received a very warm welcome. The room was small (at the lowest rate), but quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. A special mention goes to the extremely helpful reception staff.

24/11/2025: Always a guarantee!! As soon as we arrive in Varazze it's our first stop, the staff is always super friendly and the aperitifs are TOP.

13/11/2025: We came for an aperitif in the evening and were so pleased we returned for breakfast the next day. For aperitif, we had a non-alcoholic spritz and two stuffed focaccias. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the young woman who served us was very kind. The price and quality of the products were excellent. If we return to Varazze, this will be our go-to bar. ☺️ Thank you!

13/10/2025: Recommended by the hotel I was staying at, it turned out to be a very nice place with friendly staff, despite it being almost full. It was almost 3 pm, so I was hungry, but they were very quick. Various hot and cold dishes to suit different needs. I opted for a salad with a bread basket. It was really good, and the chicken wasn't dry like it often is. The price was a little above average, but given the location and the time of year (first ten days of September), I'd say that's normal. I'd definitely go back; if the food is worth the price, it doesn't matter. See you soon.

13/10/2025: Very long waits; average food, the most annoying thing is that for the second time I was not denied a table outside saying that it was reserved, but after 30 minutes it was still free (and then they sat down an acquaintance who asked if it was free and was told that he could sit down. I don't know if we'll be back.

28/12/2025: We tried the cheese focaccia, comparing it to the one we had at our neighbor's. The crust lacks crunch, but the filling is superb! We'll try again this summer...

15/12/2025: We popped in almost by chance for a pizza and were impressed by the quantity of ingredients: thin and crispy pizza, very digestible and delicate... the dessert was also not bad. The service wasn't stellar, but it was average. We'll find another place for fish...see you soon!
