It's a shame the star was removed due to the removal of milkshakes from the menu, likely because making them wasted the staff's time.
Perhaps it would have been better to raise the price (so we could compensate for the staff's time) and let the customer decide whether or not to order one, regardless of the cost.
30/04/2026: The ice cream is expensive compared to other ice cream shops, but the quality is the same.
The place is nice, but I'm there to eat ice cream, not for a photoshoot.
The ice cream has very artificial colors and flavors.
Very few fruit flavors.

26/03/2026: A hotel just steps from the sea where you have everything from a spa to a refined cuisine with fish specialties and excellent value for money, very friendly staff, the ideal place to spend a seaside holiday, furthermore the hotel has a paid spa and a small free gym, wonderful stay open mostly all year round in summer, agreements with beaches a few meters away, we also took advantage of the paid garage but very convenient

They didn't have a working POS machine, long waits for coffee, and the staff weren't even friendly: we definitely won't be back!

26/10/2025: Located in Piazza Partigiani, just beyond the Budello, it's an excellent gelateria, in my opinion the best in Alassio.
On the rare occasions I get there, I always stop by.
A good selection of very good flavors, which I always order with a waffle cone.
The staff is friendly.
I recommend this place if you're passing through Alassio.
22/10/2025: Strolling through the bright-and-breezy Piazza dei Partigiani in Alassio, I stumbled across Gelateria Rainbow — a gem of a stop for anyone craving a sweet pause. The first thing you notice: the cheerful façade, the colourful gelato display, and the promise of something indulgent yet genuine.

27/12/2024: Ho comprato 4 brioches per colazione, tre delle quali nn erano certo fatte il giorno stesso(chissà quando poi). Se volete fare colazione con brioches vecchie ad un prezzo di 1,80 L una questo è il vostro posto panettiere!
