30/01/2026: A place that aims high in presentation, ambiance, and service—perhaps even too high for Savona. My wife and I stumbled upon it by chance and decided to try both the restaurant and the after-dinner drinks (the place offers both). Honestly, we weren't expecting this experience: artisanal cuisine, elaborate dishes, and cocktails with little or no ice (a rarity in today's venues) and a story behind them. We appreciated the high-quality ingredients and the great work that goes into preparing the dishes. Perhaps the dish choices are a bit too daring; it wouldn't hurt to have a couple of slightly more "classic" options on the menu to please everyone. The prices are appropriate for the workmanship and the ingredients; you have to be aware of that. The 5 stars are deserved for the exceptional courtesy and expertise of all the staff.

23/01/2026: A beautiful venue with brick ceilings and a comfortable atmosphere divided into several rooms. We went there for an aperitif. Original cocktails and a good selection of wines. The cheese and charcuterie board was excellent. Fair prices. We'll be back to try the restaurant.

04/02/2026: I'm very sorry to write about a small, bitter disappointment I experienced when I came to dinner at this little place. It was an evening when Mirella wasn't there, so I didn't get to meet her, nor, perhaps, experience her true talent as a chef. Without wine, a €109 dinner included two or three dishes not on the menu that my companion would have enjoyed trying, and the fish dishes we ordered weren't rich in flavor or memorable. So much was my desire to come and try her cuisine, recommended by a dear food blogger friend, that it was so disappointing. My only exceptional praise goes to her tiramisu.

28/12/2025: We tried the cheese focaccia and compared it to the one at our neighbor's. The crust was good, crispy and light, but the cheese was completely missing! It would definitely have been delicious with the filling! We'll be back this summer to try it again.

01/03/2026: I'm sorry for all the great reviews, but I have to be honest, you can't call this a sandwich shop. The only thing I appreciated was the waiter, I think his name is Angelo, a very unique character but one who makes you happy. The sandwiches, no! But can you make sandwiches in a sandwich shop by heating them in the microwave? They just get soggy. You eat them because you're hungry; just put them on a grill and toast them a little, they would definitely be much better. They're barely stuffed. At 9:00 PM on a Saturday night, the waiter told a table of 8 people that they had to order immediately because there were 8 sandwiches left and they might run out. At 9:00 PM on a Saturday night?? The place really seems stuck in the '80s, as the various reviews say. A bit neglected, it seems more like a spartan place than a sandwich shop. For a quick sandwich when there are no other places open in the area, but honestly, I wouldn't return.

27/10/2025: One of the last real sandwich shops! The sandwiches are wonderful, filled with top-quality ingredients, and always have been! We've been going there since the mid-1980s, and it's always a sure thing!
