16/04/2026: The classic focaccia was excellent, but the cheese one was a little less so, honestly. There was a variety of products, but the wait time and packaging were lacking. We ordered five trays of focaccia to go—we'd specified they'd be a few hours' drive—and they arrived with the outer paper soaked in oil, staining everything around it...the greaseproof paper around the focaccia was missing.

07/04/2026: I've been going there for 10 years now...every time I'm in Finale, it's a regular stop.
From the appetizers to the first and second courses of meat and seafood, to the pizza...and the dessert, everything is top-notch.
If we then add the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the product and the price...it makes it a SUPERRRRR place for me.

12/04/2026: I'd say the quality/price ratio is exceptional. It's a trattoria from another era, with home-style food that's delicious. As for the hospitality, I'd say it's like going to a family lunch (but without annoying relatives!). Reasonably priced, definitely recommended.

14/09/2025: The fried food was excellent, a rarity to find such a variety and abundance. Trofie with pesto was delicious. It was a shame I missed the vegetable flan with Parmesan fondue; I think it was a frozen product. In any case, it lacked the attention to ingredients and flavor that the other two dishes displayed.
The lady in the dining room was kind and welcoming. In short, the restaurant is worth a visit, but be careful with your choices.

01/06/2026: Excellent food and beautiful outdoor location! Extremely disorganized service... extremely long waits. We booked at 9:00 PM and the food was served in installments at 10:30 PM. The staff was agitated, and when we asked why the food hadn't arrived, there was a heated argument. We asked for a gluten-free pizza, which they brought out plain, and instead of apologizing, this waiter asked us if we were intolerant or celiac. When we said we were intolerant, he replied, "Then I'll make it plain!". Stunned by this response, we asked if he was joking, and he told us we could get up and leave.
I've never seen anything like this before... terrible management of frustration from too much work! I don't recommend it at all!!!
31/05/2026: My partner and I went for dinner to eat pizza, really excellent, very digestible, we were really satisfied: with the welcome, the service, we will return soon, we recommend it.

03/05/2026: I accompany groups of our members two or three times a year during the winter and May months. Everyone is very satisfied with the treatment they receive and they all happily return. I think that's all I need to give a positive review.

24/11/2025: Always a guarantee!! As soon as we arrive in Varazze it's our first stop, the staff is always super friendly and the aperitifs are TOP.
13/11/2025: We came for an aperitif in the evening and were so pleased we returned for breakfast the next day.
For aperitif, we had a non-alcoholic spritz and two stuffed focaccias.
The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the young woman who served us was very kind.
The price and quality of the products were excellent. If we return to Varazze, this will be our go-to bar. ☺️ Thank you!

06/09/2025: We arrived at the restaurant not knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be a perfect choice! We chose the tasting menu – every dish was delicious, intensely flavorful, and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed with the tuna tartare and the octopus in sauce – an absolute delight.
The service also deserves a big plus: very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Definitely a place you'll want to return to.
