27/12/2025: I was served by her, the lady with glasses and black hair, and I have to say: excellent server. Her smile is like the smell of warm bread in the morning, simple but capable of making your day better. Genuine kindness that makes you want to return.

12/08/2025: It's undoubtedly the best focaccia in Loano and beyond! Quality and courtesy seem to have found the perfect combination in a small, characteristic Ligurian alley. This is the oldest and most historic bakery. I highly recommend it!

24/09/2025: We ordered a paella for two to take away (€13 each), and I highly recommend it! It was hearty, rich, and flavorful, and the food was top-notch. We'll be back for the fritto misto, which is also delicious. Affordable prices, excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

07/04/2026: We're back after a few months... Well, it's like coming home... The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and super attentive to customer requests... The dishes are always innovative and tasty... Many ingredients are produced on-site... The menu ranges from the freshest fish... exceptional meat... gourmet pizza... homemade pasta... and much more... And then the place... very unique and clean. Definitely recommended...

19/04/2026: In Loano, I visited all the bakeries for nine days, and in my personal opinion, La Forneria is by far the best in Loano. The staff are smiling, fast, and attentive. The products are incredibly fresh and truly excellent in every way. Affordable prices for a wide selection of pastries, from savory to sweet. The atmosphere is clean, with well-maintained and organized display cases that convey a wonderful sense of care and affection for the products and their presentation. An excellent baker, one I haven't met before... but just look and enjoy what he produces with his hands, worthy of Saint Honoré of Amiens. It's impossible to find even the slightest criticism. 10/04/2026: No one doubts the product's quality. But there's an air of terror among the sales assistants, who seem terrified (by whom?) of making mistakes, of doing their job too slowly (which they actually do well). It's a shame, because entering a place also means feeling at ease. And seeing three frightened women in 2026 isn't pleasant.

01/03/2026: I'm sorry for all the great reviews, but I have to be honest, you can't call this a sandwich shop. The only thing I appreciated was the waiter, I think his name is Angelo, a very unique character but one who makes you happy. The sandwiches, no! But can you make sandwiches in a sandwich shop by heating them in the microwave? They just get soggy. You eat them because you're hungry; just put them on a grill and toast them a little, they would definitely be much better. They're barely stuffed. At 9:00 PM on a Saturday night, the waiter told a table of 8 people that they had to order immediately because there were 8 sandwiches left and they might run out. At 9:00 PM on a Saturday night?? The place really seems stuck in the '80s, as the various reviews say. A bit neglected, it seems more like a spartan place than a sandwich shop. For a quick sandwich when there are no other places open in the area, but honestly, I wouldn't return.

27/10/2025: One of the last real sandwich shops! The sandwiches are wonderful, filled with top-quality ingredients, and always have been! We've been going there since the mid-1980s, and it's always a sure thing!

15/10/2025: Great place with excellent crepes and more, simple place, friendly staff and prices in line!

24/09/2025: Savory and sweet crepes (and more) We had the tomato, mozzarella, ham, and spinach crepes, and one with tomato and mozzarella. If you want to fill up on food without spending a fortune, come here.

31/10/2025: I went there the first time for lunch and it wasn't bad. The second time, it was absolutely awful: spaghetti allo scoglio with mussels that smelled rotten, and octopus with potatoes that was so soggy that water came out when you fork it. I mentioned it to the owner, and she said they brought it to her like that. As a result, we paid without eating and left. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it.
