08/06/2025: Se si potessero dare 10 stelle le daremmo. Matteo col suo ristorante è il migliore in assoluto, se fosse ubicato a Milano sarebbe il migliore anche Milano o a Roma. Materie prime freschissime ed eccellenti. Servizio puntuale preciso preparato ma mai invadente. Il menú , partendo già dalle materie prime eccellenti , regala piatti straordinari davvero, ogni volta una conferma e sinceramente, è emozionante degustare i loro piatti.
Stavo dimenticando anche la bellezza del locale all’interno,elegante e fine , per non parlare della Veranda all’esterno nel pieno della piazzetta fronte mare di LAIGUEGLIA.
Bravo Matteo, bravi tutti.
Viva il vino Yarden Galilee.

28/06/2025: I took normal focaccia and with onions. You can't resist taking a piece of focaccia to eat it by the sea. I didn't like the excess oil that dripped and seemed to have been put on after cooking. I understand, however, that as a Genoese I am too critical
21/06/2025: We spent a few days in Laigueglia and so we eat focaccia! We also tested the neighbors, but they make the difference. Their focaccia is simply fabulous: it melts in your mouth, fragrant to the right point, with a perfect balance between crunchiness and softness.
I had already tried it in Alassio, where the quality is very high and even the neighbors in the area boast prizes and awards... but the one from Il Tuchetin has something more. It is that subtle but unmistakable difference that makes every bite special.
If you love focaccia, here you will find authentic excellence. A real treat for the palate.

03/05/2025: Our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The pizza served was incredibly thin, almost like a handkerchief, and lacked texture and flavour. The dough seemed poorly worked and the filling was poor, making the dish unsatisfactory.
Good service! We expected a more pleasant experience, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
I don't think we'll be back! I do not recommend!!!!
26/04/2025: Quality of the food, courtesy, kindness of the staff and excellent quality/price ratio distinguish the L"mpronta restaurant/pizzeria, which we frequent in summer and winter, an obligatory stop on our holidays in Laigueglia. The mussels prepared with care and dedication are wonderful.
