25/04/2026: Trip to Genoa, near the river. By chance I saw a sign saying "Trattoria da Maura"—homemade food. A first course of mussels and clams for two, a second course of salmon and a side of salad and roast potatoes, two coffees, and a liqueur for €33. Simple home cooking. Everything was good and fresh.
We returned in the evening. The minestrone alla genovese was excellent, the fried anchovies were excellent, and the side dishes were delicious.
Well done, everyone!
04/04/2026: The best trattoria-pizzeria in Genoa for its quality/price ratio. Traditional Italian and Ligurian dishes, cooked to perfection, fresh pasta and homemade desserts. The young and talented owner and the professional, friendly, and fast staff are all excellent! I often order the fixed-price menu with a choice of first course, second course, side dish, wine, and water, and it's absolutely delicious. Five stars!

10/04/2026: Ate Chinese food. Enjoyed it. The sauce wasn't very intense. The spicy sauces weren't cheap. The Chinese roll was excellent. The soy noodles were delicious... And so on... Cheap!

12/04/2026: Much effort is being made to improve Via Cornigliano. It's a long way from completion and I hope it will be successful because this pastry emporium and "temple of chocolate" merits a better setting.
We were passing by and we're attracted by the window display. Inside, we found the pastries we chose to be absolutely delicious. We shall definitely return.

31/03/2026: This is a great old trattoria. I've always had exceptional takeout cakes, but for the first time I decided to book directly at the restaurant. Once you've passed the restaurant, a very kind lady leads you to the upstairs dining room. Low ceilings, few tables, but a lovely sense of simplicity and tradition. I ordered a farinata with stracchino and gorgonzola (served separately) and a delicious caramelized pudding, along with two beers. The farinata was amazing. Highly recommended. The only downside is that you smell the food on your clothes, perhaps due to inadequate ventilation.

10/07/2025: Terrible. Just terrible! 2-hour wait for food!!!!!! The food is tasteless! Two waiters for 9 tables. The hot food arrived cold! I didn't even eat it, and the waiter didn't even ask if everything was okay! The only thing that was tasty was the pesto bread! My friend's dishes were also inedible! I honestly don't understand where such a rating came from. This place is simply disgusting! I don't recommend it to anyone! Horrible experience!!! One star is just for the ceiling! The worst Michelin restaurant I've ever been to.

08/04/2026: Extremely expensive, small plates, and poor quality. We left hungry! €20 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce and five mussels on top, plus a €3 cover charge!! Excessive! First time at this restaurant. I'd rather find another restaurant next time.
06/04/2026: We randomly decided to stop at this restaurant for dinner and were very lucky to find a table without a reservation. The young lady who welcomed us was super helpful and set up a lovely table for us. The atmosphere is simple but very welcoming. The best thing, as it should be, was the food. The two first courses we ordered were both five-star, especially the spaghettoni cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare, simply perfect in every way, one of the best seafood first courses I've ever had. If we ever return to Santa Margherita, we'll definitely stop by Molo 10 again, this time with a reservation :)
