30/12/2025: Nice and historic bar, excellent pastry shop, the staff is very kind, a big praise to the bartenders. Both to those who prepare the aperitifs and to those who take care of the coffee shop. Absolutely exceptional Valerio: his coffees are fantastic. Very good focaccia. The aperitif dinner staff is really friendly.

13/12/2025: I frequent this restaurant often during my lunch break: the atmosphere is very nice and the staff are knowledgeable, and I have no complaints about the service and hospitality. The problem, unfortunately, is the food quality, which is extremely variable: sometimes good, other times decidedly disappointing. Today, the tuna served was, in my opinion, anything but fresh, and I, along with others, suffered such poisoning that we ended up in the hospital. This is a serious matter, unacceptable for a restaurant. The portions are small, but as long as the quality is high, that's fine, but there's no compromise on food safety. I would have given 3 stars for the food, but after this experience, 1 star is the best I can give. I hope the restaurant improves its selection and management of raw materials, because it would be a real shame to see such a beautiful place ruined by incidents like this.

31/05/2026: Pizza had great flavor! Toppings were very generous. The crust is incredibly thin. Broke into pieces as I cut it. Ultra thin is not my favorite. Wait staff, at least mine was on the rude side. She really didn't want to be bothered. Pizza Chef was super nice and appreciated my compliment.

12/05/2026: We stopped by during the Alpine gathering in Genoa. There were 4 of us. We received a wonderful welcome from the owner Roberta (if I'm not mistaken) and her brother (a pizza chef). The staff were super friendly, as were all the customers who wanted to take a photo with us. The pizza was super-top. I'll be back.

06/05/2026: We've been to this pizzeria twice now and really enjoy it. Large pizza, full of ingredients and very good dough. Friendly and helpful waiter. Excellent desserts and prices. We'll definitely be back many more times.

21/11/2025: A small bistro in an alley next to the main square! The main room has 6 tables! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs! The menu offers sandwiches, salads, meat tartare, one fish dish, and burgers! The bill for one person with an entree, a glass of wine, water, coffee, and a dessert came to 27 euros! The crowd is local! A regular spot for lunch!

29/10/2025: Lunches at this restaurant are absolutely delicious: the location on Vico San Matteo, in the heart of Genoa's historic center, and the stylish interior are a winning combination. The staff is very friendly (they allow for personal variations on the dishes), and the menu is excellent: the Papavero salad with turkey, tomatoes, poppy seeds, walnuts, and burrata—requested as a substitute for mozzarella—is delicious, as are the sandwiches. The various soups or minestrone with legumes in the winter are also delicious, as are the various desserts available from time to time. The price is truly reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

06/04/2026: Hi, I really want to write a review because today, April 6, 2026, I went to eat Ligurian dishes (especially their focaccia Genovese, the Recco one, and the farinata) and to say that we were treated very well would be an understatement... the girl who served us was kind, helpful, polite, and professional... after 15 years since I had been there, we felt like we were at home... excellent quality of food and raw materials, and the owner was also friendly... congratulations, truly, and keep it up...

16/05/2026: The atmosphere is clean and the fact that it's not very large inside makes it very intimate, making it ideal for those who enjoy company. For those who want, there's a large outdoor space under the porticoes on the corner. The waitresses are very friendly and can recommend various cocktails or, if you prefer, various drinks. The cocktails we ordered were very good. The food is well prepared; you tell them what you want and the chef plates it all with great care. There's a nice selection. An evening spent enjoying an aperitif at this place will not leave you disappointed.
