I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Genova

11/03/2025: In occasione di un soggiorno con amici a Cavi di Lavagna Borgo, sabato non volevamo spostarci con l’auto per cenare, abbiamo cercato nelle vicinanze dell’hotel, entriamo per informazioni e subito siamo stati catturati dai modi gentili della proprietaria così abbiamo prenotato l’ultimo tavolo. La sera siamo stati accolti dal personale con un ampio sorriso e la massima cortesia, consultiamo il menù e ci sono parecchi piatti che ci stuzzicano, decidiamo per tortino di acciughe fritte, muscoli alla marinara, calamaretti alla diavola, spaghetti vongole e bottarga, spiedino di calamari con scarola ripassata, il tutto oserei dire degno di un locale “stellato” (forse meglio, le porzioni non risicate), il bianco della casa gentile e delicato al palato; i dolci che abbiamo assaggiato, io che li ho, da leccarsi i baffi. Talmente soddisfatti che abbiamo prenotato subito per la domenica sera, un’altra esperienza degna di essere vissuta, il polpo in insalata e/o rosticciato, delicato, da sciogliersi in bocca, ottime come da aspettative anche le altre pietanze. Dovessi ripassare dalla Riviera, farà sicuramente parte di una sosta per pranzo o cena, con il proposito di assaggiare piatti diversi.

08/03/2025: Nice experience, slightly hidden place but close to the road that runs along the seafront, simple and with well-spaced tables. Excellent dishes, fresh raw materials, adequate portions. Good prices. Nice girl at the service.

08/01/2025: Professionalità e cordialità sono le parole perfette per descrivere questo bar/pasticceria che ormai è diventato il mio punto fermo per la pausa pranzo e per tutte le torte di compleanno per amici e parenti. Dalle colazioni, Ai piatti ogni giorno differenti fino ad arrivare alla pasticceria di qualità … Tutto perfetto. Una nota di merito che per me fondamentale è la PULIZIA.

17/11/2024: Questo luogo è perfetto per ogni evento , perché riesce a soddisfare palato e anima in ogni momento della giornata! Sabato italiano, ma non qualunque : dal salato al dolce..ravioli con la salvia, omelette con verdure grigliate e torta della nonna con aggiunta di pasticceria mignon… ogni giorno un menù diverso e abbinato al mese sono ingredienti davvero inediti da provare! Complimenti allo staff sempre gentile e sorridente!

16/03/2025: I had lunch here during the week: I had a great time, the location is really beautiful and spread over two floors, I liked everything I ordered, I recommend it! (ps. I'm sorry for the waiters who have to go up and down the stairs😭)

14/03/2025: Excellent restaurant! We ate a fixed menu for workers, good food, generous portions and kind service. Another good thing is the menu which varies every day with a lot of choice (also fish dishes on the menu at the same price). A thousand thanks! We will happily return!!!!

23/01/2025: At lunch, made worse by the new management, poor quality food, always present fried foods and cold table foods, perhaps to save gas. On the other hand, the quantity is also limited and the menu is not what arrives on the plate. The soup, made with potatoes, with three pieces of bread from the day before on top, is not the minestrone indicated on the menu.

28/02/2025: This morning with 7 people in front they made me waste 20 minutes... moreover, the weight associated with the price is not shown on the receipt, which in my opinion is absolutely incorrect. They give you a receipt with only the total price so you don't know what you spent on what. Terrible service, the sales assistants are always pissed off in a bad mood, they come back from the kitchen eating, they clearly hate what they do, they leave the place to those who need to work and above all such rudeness never seen anywhere! Terrible!!!!! They minded their own business for 10 minutes leaving the queue of customers waiting, I have to go to work, I don't have time to waste but there's no problem you will never see me again, furthermore when weighing what I bought the saleswoman with glasses threw it from the scales to the counter, but what kind of service is that!? Never again! And I will not recommend it as good as everything may be the total lack of education beats everything. Isn't there a superior who controls what happens at the counter? It is not possible to leave a place like Priano alone. As far as I'm concerned, places like this can close down, leaving room for those who treat customers as such and not as SHIT! Furthermore, you have a mostly elderly clientele who also have problems standing, so if you didn't mind your own business in the kitchen eating and returning to the counter chewing with your mouth full it would certainly be better. I am attaching a photo with the receipt, I don't even know if it is legal to make receipts like this without weight or items. By not giving the customer the opportunity to check the weight of the item (for example the meatloaf costs €20 per kg on the "price list" instead the sales assistant has crushed it at €21.....why?) I advise anyone who knows these things to go and check if it is a correct procedure. If I could put 0 I would.

21/02/2025: I can only highly recommend Gelatina, a true gem of an ice cream shop in via Garibaldi in Genoa! The ice creams are extraordinary: creamy, fresh and rich in flavour, with a variety that truly satisfies everyone. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, creating a perfect atmosphere to enjoy a sweet moment in the city. If you are in Genoa, you absolutely cannot miss this ice cream shop!!!🍦

03/04/2025: Roses are red; violets are viola gelato! Incredibly perfume-y ice cream. It was like eating the essence of some kind of flower. The lady who sold me was vivacious, funny, and kind, not to mention photogenic! She modeled for me. I want to go back there to taste their food.

16/12/2024: We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Edera & La Torretta as part of our "Tranquil Cinque Terre, Italian Riviera" trip booked through Inn Travel Moneglia is a charming town with a variety of small boutique restaurants and is well placed to explore the Ligurian Riviera by rail, although some timetable pre-planning is advisable. There are great walks accessible directly from the hotel and also across the wider area. Our favorites were "Manarola to Corniglia", "The Gulf of Poets - Isola Palmaria & Portoverene",; "Corniglia to Monterosso" & "Camogli to Portofina" And finally a BIG thank you to the daughter of the hotel owner (sorry I can't remember your name), who kindly gave us a lift to Sestri Levante rail station to avoid us missing our return flight home due to a rail strike effecting the local train line. Phew!!

18/10/2024: Elevated is the word I would use to describe our stay here. A wonderful property that is very private with an exceptional staff.

29/03/2025: Medium-sized tavern located at the base of a small condominium. The environment is welcoming as is the staff, exquisite and attentive. Typical local dishes and excellent value for money. The restaurant also has a nice outdoor area.

21/03/2025: Cakes for all occasions, brioche and hollandaise (my favorite for breakfast) from Guinness. Irreplaceable Rossella! Too good, kind, attentive, nice and fast in service!
