07/04/2026: One pizza arrived well-cooked, the other burned, almost charred. In another context, I would have given it one star, but given the scarcity of local pizzerias, where at best they overdo it with unleavened dough and end up with spoiled pizza, three stars are in order... between Rivarolo, Teglia, and Bolzaneto, I'd say it's the best so far. The pizza was home-delivered; I dare say that if a pizza is charred, the customer shouldn't call to report it; the pizza chef should simply remake it.

29/05/2026: I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed this place. It's a bit of a hassle to get there, but it's worth it. The farinata is excellent, the pizza is excellent. The owner and staff are welcoming and helpful. Finally, a place where people speak Genoese. I'll definitely be back many times. I'd love to try the garden in the summer...

04/08/2026: I just had dinner at the restaurant with my boyfriend and I have nothing but wow to say. Fabulous food, very attentive, kind, and helpful staff. The menu is varied and excellent value. I can't wait to go back to try all the other dishes.

04/08/2026: After dining here three times, I can honestly say that Locanda Nelli is one of those places you always want to return to. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite, but what really makes the difference is the skill with which they are enhanced. Each dish is carefully crafted, balanced, and conveys passion, experience, and a deep understanding of the ingredients. Special praise goes to the entire staff. It's rare to find such a knowledgeable team: each dish is explained with simplicity, expertise, and passion, making you appreciate what you're about to taste even more. Always attentive, never intrusive, with a genuine courtesy that makes you feel truly pampered. For me, Locanda Nelli is an example of what dining should be: quality, professionalism, organization, and people who do their work with evident passion. Sincere compliments to the entire staff. We will definitely be back.

10/05/2026: A truly delightful little place in the little square of the village of Toirano. What struck us most was the love that went into the cooking and the service. The girls were truly professional, smiling, and so kind. Our compliments, indeed. A wonderful memory and a full belly! (And what a zabaglione!)

25/08/2026: 2026 update: pizza is off the menu for a while during the busy season but the other menu choices are so amazing! Definitely give it a try as you will be happy you did. Wonderful little restaurant with fantastic food at great prices. Emy has to be the highest-energy person in the village and is always a pleasure to chat with. For some reason, we always thought for years it was a casual lunch place but more recently discovered it as one of our dinner choices….very pleased. The pizza and pastas are superb, as is the caprese with burrata.

24/08/2026: Super cool small restaurant with very friendly staff. Food was tasty, especially the daily fish that was caught e.g. Fruti di Mare pasta. Also an outstanding dish was the Carbonara, amazing!

24/02/2026: First time at this place, which is rightfully famous in the Marassi area, where during sporting events at the stadium, the line gets really long for excellent pizza. We enjoyed pizza and farinata sitting at the only two tables available. The owner is a real force to be reckoned with, despite not being a woman anymore. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

17/08/2026: A historic ice cream shop in Loano, located in a small square in the historic center - 4 I admit I went there on a whim because I'd read wonderful things about this ice cream shop on the "Dissapore" portal. The Sicilian granitas certainly take center stage, but don't forget the ice cream. Excellent, artisanal, and easy to digest.

17/05/2026: We ate very well, the fried food was perfect, but the highlight was their homemade desserts. The chocolate cake was sublime.

22/04/2026: The restaurant looks shabby from the outside, both the interior and the tables, but it's definitely nicer inside. The first courses we ordered were salty, the second courses were better, but definitely overpriced for what they offer.
