14/02/2026: I'm from Certosa, but I didn't know this pizzeria existed. It's a very warm and clean place, with friendly, cheerful staff. Delicious, delicious pizza, including a helpful and friendly robot who thanks you with a bon appetit. I highly recommend it; it's a cute place, and you tip very well.

06/03/2026: I stopped by this bakery to buy some Genoese focaccia to take to relatives. The product was good and of high quality. Unfortunately, however, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the sales assistant. I had purchased two trays of focaccia and politely asked if it was possible to divide them into three bags because I needed to distribute them to family members. The request was met with a rather rude response that left me truly surprised. I understand that working behind the counter can be intense, but a little courtesy towards customers always makes a difference. It's a shame, because with a kinder attitude, it would have been a much more pleasant experience!

29/03/2026: We arrived with a reservation at 8pm: the mixed platter was brought to us after almost an hour of waiting, the next dishes were served (after a reminder) at 9:30pm and the place wasn't even full when we arrived, so the wait was completely unjustified.

03/01/2026: Everything was absolutely fantastic. The place is small but well-designed and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. All the home-cooked dishes were delicious, from the appetizers to the coffee (the moka pot coffee was absolutely delicious). The homemade tagliolini with artichokes and dried mushrooms and the wild boar dish deserve special mention. The service was also excellent, attentive and full of information about the dishes. We'll definitely be back; it's been a long time since we left the table feeling so satisfied.

17/11/2025: ...very nice and well-kept location, friendly staff, but the food, considering they said the produce is home-grown, was disappointing. The appetizers were nothing special, then we had pumpkin lasagna, a brick without any flavor, like the main course, and pumpkin parmigiana, the same, with the usual lack of flavor. The wild boar was decent. Dessert: chocolate, amaretto, and caramel cream tart.....we couldn't taste any of these flavors.....huh.....the red wine was decent....40 euros each....I don't think we'll be back.

30/12/2025: Nice and historic bar, excellent pastry shop, the staff is very kind, a big praise to the bartenders. Both to those who prepare the aperitifs and to those who take care of the coffee shop. Absolutely exceptional Valerio: his coffees are fantastic. Very good focaccia. The aperitif dinner staff is really friendly.
13/12/2025: I frequent this restaurant often during my lunch break: the atmosphere is very nice and the staff are knowledgeable, and I have no complaints about the service and hospitality. The problem, unfortunately, is the food quality, which is extremely variable: sometimes good, other times decidedly disappointing. Today, the tuna served was, in my opinion, anything but fresh, and I, along with others, suffered such poisoning that we ended up in the hospital. This is a serious matter, unacceptable for a restaurant. The portions are small, but as long as the quality is high, that's fine, but there's no compromise on food safety. I would have given 3 stars for the food, but after this experience, 1 star is the best I can give. I hope the restaurant improves its selection and management of raw materials, because it would be a real shame to see such a beautiful place ruined by incidents like this.

28/02/2026: Not wanting to eat in San Remo because of the crowds during the festival, I stopped shortly beforehand at this place called Pappa & Ciccia. Calling it a restaurant would be an insult to any other restaurant on planet Earth. I ordered octopus for an appetizer and gnocchi with prawns for the main course. The octopus was edible, but the side dish was supposed to be a cream of potatoes, and the cream never came. Instead, it was a dark, unappealing liquid. I only ate the octopus. The main course was even worse: the prawns smelled rotten, and the gnocchi were overcooked. The best food on my table were the prepackaged breadsticks, because even the bread was awful. I've eaten in 35 countries other than Italy, but the crown for worst cuisine, worst service, and worst atmosphere goes to this place, which I hope to forget soon.
27/02/2026: A restaurant truly worth a visit! Even though they no longer serve pizza, their decision to focus exclusively on the kitchen was a winning one. You can immediately sense the soul of a beautiful family, united and passionate, led by new generations full of enthusiasm and passion. The seafood cuisine is excellent, with attention to detail and quality ingredients. Both the à la carte menu and the tasting menus are interesting, well-thought-out and truly convey their vision of cuisine. A restaurant that looks to the future without sacrificing authenticity, worthy of recognition and support. Kudos to the entire staff! 👏🍽️🐟
