04/05/2025: Cari arrabbiati!!! Abbiamo fatto colazione in 3 prendendo 3 cappuccini e 2 brioches ai cereali, dentro erano vuote senza farcitura sedendoci al tavolino. Conto 13.60....più di 4 euro a testa.....e sia il cappuccino che era tutta schiuma e la brioche nulla di che.

02/05/2025: Ci accomodiamo all'esterno ma notiamo che si scocciano di spostarci le sedie ed un tavolino all'ombra, sotttolineando che il sole non e' di agosto (quindi tollerabile). Lasciando perdere questa uscita infelice del cameriere ci accomodiamo, chi all'ombra chi al sole. Prendiamo snack diversi... peccato che non ci fosse nulla di quanto richiesto. Focaccia finita, gelato "non e' periodo ci rispondono" ...assurdo a 25 gradi all'ombra e al mare il gelato non e' di stagione? Allora non portateci nemmeno il menu con l'elenco di tutti i gusti! Ovviamente nemmeno l'altro ordine avevano, che era il frappe', essendo fatto di gelato. Optiamo per un altro dolce... non c'era nemmeno quello.... Ripieghiamo tristemente su qualche bevanda. All'arrivo della cameriera con i nostri ordini dice: "c'e' tutto?" Ci veniva da ridere... non c'e' niente!! Provvedete a rifornire il negozio, e' impensabile che in centro a Genova di domenica pomeriggio non abbiate NULLA!

15/03/2025: I ordered two pizzas (1 tomato and stracchino and 1 tomato and stracchino + cooked) at approximately 8pm on Saturday with expected delivery at 9.15pm. The pizzas, in addition to having been delivered after more than 30 minutes of delay (without even a drink to apologise), were almost cold, considering that the driver still had other pizzas to deliver after my delivery, and were not consistent with the photos proposed by the pizzeria itself regarding the pizzas they made: from a pizza with enough crust to an almost totally dry pizza. The only advantage is the fairly abundant stracchino.

26/08/2025: I had a delicious coffee and a donut, both delicious, at this restaurant and bar serving traditional Asian cuisine, located on the ground floor of the La Fiumara shopping center in Genoa's Sampierdarena district. The staff were welcoming, smiling, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The service was attentive, fast, and the prices were good! I had a delicious coffee and a donut, both delicious, at this restaurant and bar serving traditional Asian cuisine, located on the ground floor of the La Fiumara shopping center in Genoa's Sampierdarena district. 23/08/2025: Quick service, excellent food, freshly prepared in front of you, generous portions, and reasonable prices. I especially appreciated that the tofu and vegetables in my vegetarian teriyaki were cooked separately, away from the meat. A small touch, much appreciated! Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: A historic yet renovated shop, offering excellent focaccia and baked goods. They also offer packaged convenience store items, wines, and spirits. They've been a Portofino favorite for generations, and deserve a visit and a taste of their iconic focaccia!

02/06/2025: Once upon a time there was a company that revolutionized the way of furnishing a home, where you paid relatively little and ultimately had a good quality/price ratio. There was… precisely… because for a long time Ikea has significantly worsened both in costs and in the services offered. And the Genoa store is a precise photograph of this In short, my specific case: I buy three objects, an insert module for the kitchen, an outdoor storage cabinet and an outdoor table for the balcony plus chairs. I ask for home delivery and assembly right from the start when ordering. They tell me it’s not possible. It’s not a service they do anymore, it’s outsourced to external companies with unreasonable costs. I ask at least for home delivery. We agree on Sunday 30 June early in the morning. The carrier arrives at 1 pm (a somewhat broad concept for early in the morning but oh well, it can happen). The insert module, as expected, is very complicated to assemble and would require qualified personnel and after a whole day of attempts, I give up on assembling it. The outdoor cabinet, on the other hand... magic! It's not the one I paid for! But a duplicate of the previous insert module. And if you have the unfortunate idea of ​​thinking about making a return, the procedure is so complex and logistically impossible (if I asked for home delivery because the stuff didn't fit in my car, how do I bring the same stuff back with the same car?), that the best thing to do is take everything to the recycling bins and dispose of the incorrect delivery in this way. Never mind the money thrown away. But anyway, they were the last ones spent at Ikea. I'll see about buying the module and cabinet again from other companies. As far as I'm concerned, after this experience Ikea can also close down in all of Italy starting from the Genoa store. For purchases I advise everyone to go elsewhere (you pay the same and at least you have a decent transport and assembly service), and to the enlightened managers who manage everything, a sincere applause for having removed the service that made you a winner compared to the competition: that is, the precise delivery and assembly in house. Chapeau.
