Uscivamo delusi dalla tradizionale focacceria che da venti anni frequentavamo, cambio di gestione ... e di prodotto. Indicammo esplicitamente che eravamo alla Focaccia d'Autore come degustatori esigenti. Ne siamo usciti soddifatti. La focaccia di Recco la fanno "comme il faut ! "

17/08/2025: We love gelato and always try all gelato places. We like this one the best! Creamy texture great flavor and very nice service. You can also easily sit in the patio and enjoy the gelato without hassle.

04/04/2026: I went to Lo Colapasta and tried two first courses: trofie with pesto and trofie with shrimp and zucchini. What intrigued me most was the pesto pasta, served with green beans and potatoes: it was the first time I'd eaten it like this. I imagine it's a typical Genoese recipe, so it's worth trying even for those who aren't local. That said, I personally found it rather salty, perhaps a little too salty for my taste, though overall it remains a traditional dish. The trofie with shrimp and zucchini, on the other hand, were much better; I found it tasty and had more balanced flavors, making it decidedly more enjoyable to eat. The staff was also a positive note: they were friendly, kind, and helpful, helping make the experience more enjoyable. Prices are average for the area (€10 for the pesto and €12 for the shrimp dish, for a total of €22 for two), so overall, in line with the central location of Genoa.

16/06/2025: A very nice restaurant with authentic food! The antipasti platters were especially delicious, and vegetarian options were readily available! Very friendly hosts!

19/04/2025: Really typical Italian bar. We got 5 different starters and all of them were great. The main and the dessert did not disappoint this great start. I'll come back, you should as well. I paid for my meal and get nothing for this review!

24/06/2025: Siamo venuti a Il Testo Bianco con amici per far loro assaggiare i tipici panigacci, fidandoci della fama del locale e della familiarità con i gestori. L’inizio è stato tranquillo: alcuni hanno ordinato la pizza, altri il tris di testaroli, e noi tre porzioni di panigacci con salumi. Peccato che i famosi panigacci siano spariti dal tavolo dopo neanche dieci minuti: i cestini si sono svuotati subito e da lì è iniziata una serata surreale. Abbiamo chiesto più volte, con cortesia, di poter avere altri panigacci (come prevedibile e normale, visto che fanno parte della portata), ma la cameriera non ha mai portato nulla. Solo dopo oltre un’ora e mezza è comparso un cestino misero con quattro panigacci in totale, da dividere tra più persone. A quel punto, vista l’attesa insensata, ho chiesto spiegazioni direttamente alla titolare. In risposta, il marito ha perso completamente il controllo, dando in escandescenze davanti a tutti: urla, improperi e atteggiamento aggressivo, con il cuoco che sbraitava a sua volta dalla sua postazione. Uno spettacolo indegno, soprattutto per chi gestisce un’attività che dovrebbe puntare all’accoglienza e al rispetto dei clienti. La maleducazione, la mancanza di organizzazione e il totale disinteresse per chi siede ai tavoli rendono questo locale una scelta da evitare. Non basta avere un prodotto tipico se poi manca completamente la capacità di gestire un servizio con professionalità. Un consiglio? Se volete mangiare panigacci e vivere una serata serena, andate altrove. Qui si rischia solo di restare a stomaco vuoto… e con l’amaro in bocca.

19/07/2025: Qué bonito lugar. Gran vino y comida! Super vista. Dirigida por dos buenas damas. Uno de los pocos lugares con un buen baño! No sirven café. Pero por favor, llévalo a otro lugar y come aquí.

17/07/2025: Plats simples et bien cuisinés ! Très très bon rapport qualité prix, un des meilleur restaurant de Corniglia ! Superbe vue sur le village Nous en avons eu pour 40€ en prenant 2 plats et 2 boissons locales !
