How wonderful to find this restaurant just as we remembered it: welcoming, attentive, and with truly excellent cuisine. The return of the historic management is evident in every detail: from the quality of the ingredients to the attentive service. The fritto misto is simply five-star, light and delicious, while the crudo is superb, incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a delightful sparkling wine that makes the experience even more special. You can feel the passion, professionalism, and love for this work again.
