31/07/2024: Wir haben um 16:00Uhr verzweifelt nach einem Restaurant in der Umgebung gesucht und sind auf Tossini gestoßen. Kein übliches Restaurant aber gutes Essen und viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns das Essen aufgewärmt. Auch zum Nachtisch viel Auswahl.

18/07/2024: Ancora una volta, come tutte le volte che torniamo a Rapallo per periodi più o meno lunghi, siamo tornati spesso da Tosini, in particolare nel punto vendita davanti alla chiesa principale (e che molti recensori distratti confondono con quello vicino alla stazione, peraltro molto più grande e che è anche bar). Sempre ottime le focacce di vari tipi, come pure i piatti pronti, le torte salate, i salatini, le brioches... Si trova veramente di tutto, e tutto a buon livello.

20/08/2024: I found out about this place thanks to some dear friends who recommended it to me. So we went to dinner with some friends, there were 6 of us and the evening went smoothly. We decided to propose the evening again, after a week, increasing the company to 2 more people and booking a table for 8 in the outdoor area (given the hot climate inside the venue) We were 8 people all happy and cheerful, spending a fantastic evening, When we arrived in front of the restaurant, I introduced myself to the owner's son, but he signaled me to follow him inside the restaurant. Once I got to the table, I asked the boy if it was possible to sit outside, because it was too hot inside (since there wasn't even air conditioning). The boy, somewhat annoyed and annoyed, replied to me in a haughty tone, telling me "This is the table and that's it". I and other diners politely asked again to sit outside. Still annoyed, he turned his back on me and went into the other room. While he went out to warn the rest of the guests about this inconvenience, my partner looked for other explanations and the boy, further upset and slamming his hands on a table, went into a rage, replying "THE TABLE FOR 8 IN THE DEHOR HAS BEEN BOOKED FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE CUSTOMERS FOR 10 YEARS, WHO ARE YOU!!!". I wasn't present at this unpleasant discussion, because I was outside the club, but I saw some scenes of the boy waving his arms, whereupon I ran into the club telling my partner to leave immediately without giving further explanations, given his attitude. obtuse and unkind towards us. Apparently if you are a series A customer you have favoritism, if you are a series B customer, you are put in a corner. I learned that this is not the first time this boy has behaved in this manner. We and other people to whom I told the story will never set foot in a similar place again. I hope for the boy that he changes his attitude and reflects on what happened, because that way he won't go far. However, we ended up spending the August holiday in another restaurant where we ate very well and were treated very well

11/08/2024: Our favorite restaurant in Loano. Had the most delicious freshly made Risotto di Mare. Father and son are very enthusiastic and happy to help. Pizzas are also delicious.

21/07/2024: Each flavor of amaretto 😃 they give you a bag and you can choose the flavors you want but if you are lazy there are ready-made packs.

09/05/2024: Abbiamo ordinato dal menù, bresaola rucola e grana. Arrivata solo la bresaola, pazienza. Abbiamo chiesto un po' di olio e pepe. Olio ok. Di pepe non ne hanno. Ma come? 😂😂😂 Il resto mangiabile. Cortesia buona. però non è più lo stesso

07/06/2024: From Google the place was supposed to be open, but that wasn't the case. Only in front of the entrance can you see a piece of paper the size of a post-it with the words "closed for work" written on it.

27/06/2024: Amazing restaurant with all you can eat option for only 20 euro. Servers are really kind and overall it’s a pretty good place!

13/04/2024: The best sushi by far. Certainly the restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance, but their cuisine is a treasure. Everything is fresh and has great flavor.

18/10/2023: Great friendly service. A nice place to get away from the touristy restaurants, Lots of fun locals and best food we had in Portovenere. A bit overpriced. I wanted to order the €18 avocado toast just see what you get but couldn't bring myself to do it.

13/08/2024: Absurdly high prices for a non-existent pizza (ok to call it puff pastry, but it looked like a dish of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella), rustic and not very comfortable place (you sit on benches). At least the beer was good, but overall not worth repeating.

02/08/2024: I'm really sorry. I have been ordering from Portico for more than 4 years. Their pizza is really great but the service is terrible. We ordered three pizzas. Due to the girl's confusion or for another reason, a COMPLETELY different pizza was written than the one ordered. At the time of delivery, when we noticed it, I called the pizzeria. They told me that on the order it was written that the pizza had arrived and that therefore nothing was done. Why would I call and make a fool of myself if 3 of us weren't convinced of what was said on the phone and which was also repeated? Among other things, at the time of the phone call, on the second pizza, the girl on the phone got confused and definitely had to make some corrections on the order. I wonder: did he rewrite it and due to the confusion he wrote my pizza wrong? I expected more understanding from a hyper-loyal customer who always leaves a lot of tips to the guys who come here to deliver pizzas. Sin. Ps: if you check the history there is a splendid review made by my private account and for obvious reasons I was unable to review from it.

12/08/2024: Paella show cooking evening on Thursday 08 August 2024. We book 4 adults and 1 4 year old girl for 8pm. Visually nice place. We arrive at 7.30pm We agree for an aperitif and immediately experience total inattention to the customer. Let's order, A sangria; without fruit, basically a bottled preparation. An indefinite Barbera spriz... wine with water. An American who they tell me is good. We ask 3 times for an ashtray... nothing. He arrives. Twice the water for the little girl... wow! We sit at the table and ask for water.... and the high chair that was already at our table and given to others... never arrived again. Paella arrives. A sticky overcooked rice devoid of ingredients that make it so.... the sangria always the same as before without fruit or anything else served from the bottle. Raw, sticky bread. The caruggio is nice but the smell of sewage while you try to have dinner... no. The only kindness of the evening was the waitress who changed the ashtray that we brought to the table. Cost more than exaggerated for the quality of service and food. Never again...

02/08/2024: Rude staff on the phone to book a hasty and inpatient circus made us lose our desire and poetry, nice environment (a few tables on the transit route) but small place, fairly good food.

07/05/2024: Excellent ! I recommend 200%! Excellent value for money! Huge ice creams for €5! Delicious cappuccino! Don't even mention the pastries, they melt in your mouth! The welcome, I have no words! The waiter was super nice and pleasant, he spoke English without any problems and he was super clear, and as an added bonus, he was really generous with the ice cream portions! A small room in the hall and a slightly larger room at the back, ambient music, without being too loud, which allows you to talk quietly. I can't find any other words than excellence and if I come back to Genova I will definitely make a stop here!

12/12/2023: We booked through Quandoo. Both on Google and on the app it was indicated as open. When we arrived in front of the restaurant we found it closed (I imagine permanently) and from the numbers indicated online no one answered. Never happened before.

19/09/2023: The time indicated on Maps says open on Tuesday.....and instead I found it closed. People use these directions, UPDATE THEM!!!!
