03/02/2026: It was late, okay, around 2pm, but they welcomed us by asking us to choose only second courses and possibly the same ones. Acceptable also because I'm a colleague, but... not offering a second course from the "workers" menu, we ordered 2 quick and painless fried dishes... Natural water and 1 sparkling one, 2 coffees. Wow, 56.00 euros. The calamari were terrible!!! Rubbery and tasteless, impossible to enjoy and at that price. I'm sorry but since we're in the profession, they absolutely cannot be compared to a Patagonia C4, for example, at that price...
25/01/2026: Excellent lunch at this restaurant, featuring top-quality ingredients. The raw tuna and shrimp tartare was superb, and the baked local sea bream with potatoes was fantastic. The wine list was good, and the service was attentive.

07/03/2026: Intimate atmosphere. Exquisite, kind, and helpful staff. I requested a broth off the menu for my little girl who wasn't feeling well, and they accommodated my request. The food was fabulous, excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend it. We returned two nights in a row.
Highly recommended.
15/02/2026: Excellent home cooking, good ingredients and skillful preparation, local specialties, owner who listens and adapts the menu to specific needs, a little pricey in the end but it's far from fast food!

22/09/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening with a family of friends. We were pleasantly surprised by both the variety of food offered and the quality. I'm sorry we only discovered it after 15 years of coming to Andora :-). We'll definitely be back because there are other vegan and omnivorous dishes we'd like to try. Highly recommended!
18/09/2025: Quite expensive, especially the wine, which was overpriced. I ate quite well, but I wouldn't go back.

17/09/2025: If you're ever in Levanto, I highly recommend spending a wonderful time at Le Champion du Monde de la Pizza (The World Pizza Champion). Reservations are recommended, but it's a beautiful pizzeria with attentive service. The bartender speaks excellent French, the waiter is very friendly, and the pizzas are extraordinary. We'll cherish the memory, especially with the photo of the pizza chef. Thank you, and all the best!
15/09/2025: Very nice Pizza Guy with great energy and good English skills! Pizza was awesome and the price was really good! Best in town for take away. Pizza was crisp, thin in the middle but nice fluffy at the edges. Not too much sauce or cheese (I had the pizza with burrata)

09/02/2026: How good was Gaggero's ice cream when I was a little girl!!! I still remember how much strawberry ice cream they used to put in that big, delicious, and crunchy waffle.
Today, we find very few flavors available. Ask for strawberry and lemon, which are the only fruit flavors, and they tell you... "They don't work, we have problems with strawberry and lemon."... Well... get something else, a cup of two flavors and a waffle... I spent almost 9 euros for ice cream that... was packaged much better by Sammontana.!!!!! And a smile and a thank you wouldn't go amiss. I definitely won't be back.
08/02/2026: I hadn't been there for a few years: the quality had significantly worsened, the quantity had halved... the man who served us, having ordered two ice creams on one side and two crepes on the other, was terrified that we wouldn't pay for everything... Three times he told the girl at the crepes to remember that there were also two ice creams, as soon as one of the children got up he ran to do the single bill... pathetic

07/03/2026: We often order pizza and enjoy it at home. There's a wide selection of ingredients and flavors. The dough is excellent and light. I love having the pizza bianca made with broccoli rabe and scamorza cheese. The staff is friendly, and despite their busy schedule, they're always smiling. The prices are fair.

27/11/2025: Today for the first time we had lunch with spaghetti allo scoglio and lasagna, everything was excellent, the friendliness was excellent.
24/09/2025: We ordered a paella for two to take away (β¬13 each), and I highly recommend it! It was hearty, rich, and flavorful, and the food was top-notch. We'll be back for the fritto misto, which is also delicious. Affordable prices, excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Long waits and very rude staff.
Zero attention to allergies and intolerances.
They make a mistake with a dish, you point it out, and their response is, "It's too crowded, so either you eat this or you have to wait at least another half hour, queuing at all the other tables."
Okay, but the dish must have been removed from your bill... not even close.
Never again!
05/01/2026: Slow service, barely adequate food, but the real problem is that on October 17th, while I was paying, the machine jammed, so I had to pay twice. Unfortunately, I ended up paying twice. I called and sent my IBAN, and they promised to refund one of the two payments. I wrote again yesterday, but I haven't received a response. It seems grossly unprofessional to charge double for a service that lasted over an hour and a half for farinata and pizza. I hope that, after reading the review, the owners can do what they promised.

15/03/2026: Beautiful place, but today we ordered two plates of fried calamari, which unfortunately were too greasy. The pesto mandilli were also quite greasy, and the pesto flavor was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, my boyfriend didn't feel very well after the meal, probably because the oil was a bit heavy to digest.

08/03/2026: While on a motorcycle ride with friends, one of whom had been there a while back, we stopped at this restaurant. We often visit restaurants for various reasons, and I have to say that this is one of the best we've tried. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, pleasant, and courteous, and very attentive to their customers. The food is excellent, with several courses. There's no need to go on about it given the numerous reviews...you just have to try it...Since I'm often in Albenga, I'll be back soon. Thank you so much from all of us for your hospitality, and see you soon! P.S. The only downside is the slightly inconvenient road, so be careful, but it's worth it.
