10/01/2026: I've been coming here for years. Excellent food and service. They have a delicious white crunchy pizza, but I think the red one is the best. It's only served hot in the evenings until 7 pm... so it's best to book.

01/02/2026: Seeing all the various videos circulating on social media, our expectations were sky-high. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different: pre-cooked pizza bases finished in an electric oven with very little toppings on top. The high prices don't justify the quality so highly touted by the very friendly Mr. Ceralli. The castagnole are delicious, and the service is excellent. It's not worth the trip to Frascati.

01/02/2026: But how can a bakery say at 10 in the morning that it's out of bread? Just to sell pizza at a high price. The tables listed on the website have disappeared. Little else besides the white and red pizza. An anemic porchetta, the famous log of innovation—porchetta—disgusting to look at. I wouldn't swear by the wood-fired oven. I think the old oven has been retired for a while.

31/10/2025: The Hugo spritzes were very good, it's a shame the sharing platter of appetizers was really small for €15.

25/10/2025: Very friendly service. A lovely place for a break with delicious pizza and espresso worthy of its name.

23/05/2025: We went to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday on the advice of a colleague! We were welcomed by the owner... a really easy-going, polite and very nice guy! We ate both the first and second courses and the dishes were all really excellent and very special! Not to mention the desserts... sublime! The cooks when they stopped came to say hello... a beautiful gesture! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the good food and the welcome!

08/01/2026: A lovely, well-decorated place with excellent croissants and various pastries. Perfect for a light lunch. However, to earn a fifth star, the smile and speed of service need to be improved.

Don't publish the response for some reason.....even negative reviews should be accepted! Regarding diners, what are they? I frequent SOMEWHERE ELSE!

23/01/2026: Avoid! Owner/manager is complete weirdo! In fact so inappropriate and creepy. We came into the restaurant for drinks, as we had just arrived and automatically the owner assumed we wanted food and was very forward with the “gifted” Prosecco/taking all our coats to hang. He hovered around the table/circling the restaurant, in which he began to talk about the world being ruined, talking about guns/murder, not what you want to hear when wanting to relax on holiday! Very forward and using bully tactics, and insisting that people are welcome to stay in the restaurant till 6am in the morning. We felt so uncomfortable and made the decision to exit in which he questioned on why we wanted to leave, and asking what time we would come back for food. Totally intimidating and uncomfortable experience, AVOID!!!

17/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic food here. Traditional Italian food cooked correctly and served in a lovely setting by very attentive staff. Had it for dinner then lunch immediately the next day so I could try a different dish. This place had come highly recommended both online and by a colleague who is a Rome veteran. They are not wrong. The tomatoes in the bruschetta were so red and juicy, compared to what I get delivered in the UK by one of the big supermarket giants. Go here and enjoy a lovely meal at a very reasonable cost.

29/01/2026: A delicious restaurant nestled in a back alley near Piazza del Popolo! The pancakes are a work of art, and the coffee is delicious, too! A must-visit when in Piazza del Popolo!

02/01/2026: A client strongly recommnded I go so I did and they were right: simply amazing. As a solo traveler who went for an early dinner, it would have been easy to ignore me, but thebopposite happened. The maitre d' made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. The food was very, very good. I would return any season!
