28/03/2025: For the first time here we discovered new and good dishes, the best I tasted were the meat skewers... very good and original as an idea

28/03/2025: Siamo andati con un gruppo di 110 persone. Il personale era molto cordiale, veloce e disponibile. Siamo stati serviti velocemente nonostatante il folto gruppo arrivato nello stesso momento. L'antipasto (prosciutto crudo e mozzarella) era oltre che buono, anche abbondante. Il pane fatto con la pasta di pizza era fantastico. Personalmente ritengo che i paccheri non siano adatti al sugo alla matriciana, mentre avrei preferito gli spagnetti (probabilmente l'uso di questa pasta è stato dettato dal servire un folto gruppo), comunque il sugo era molto buono. I saltimbocca alla romana, erano fantastici, a parte il gusto perfetto, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Il vino era un normale vino da tavola, ma buono. Il contorno, patate fritte. In sintesi è stata una buona scelta.

29/03/2025: Very nice, clean and well-kept restaurant in the historic center of Frascati. The fish dishes are really very good: from appetizer to dessert, there is the right amount of dishes, without too much exaggeration. Honorable mention to Mr. Elvezio, waiter: very friendly and kind and advises appropriately and correctly. We will definitely be back very willingly! Recommended.

24/03/2025: Excellent coffee. American breakfast is the most worthwhile combination. Two people can eat easily. The girl at the cash register, who I believe was the owner, was very kind and attentive.

18/03/2025: I was invited for the golden wedding and we ate very well, the service was fast, the place was beautiful below and magnificent above the hill (ancient restored village).

27/03/2025: Excellent quality of food, especially the wood-fired pizza. Prices are quite expensive, if you offer a pizza for €16 you can't serve it on a paper placemat and garden chairs and tables.

17/03/2025: Splendid terrace overlooking the Bocca della Verità and the Lungotevere. Professional staff, kind and available for every need. Excellent and plentiful food. Nice, clean and stylish environment. Will come back to try the cooked dishes too. This time we had an aperitif but it was really rich in quality and sophisticated

14/10/2024: Maybe it just didn't suit my day, or I didn't like these flavors. I like pizza, especially Italian ones, but these ones didn't impress me. However, the service is nice, maybe the space is a bit too small.

26/12/2024: Even though I am a tourist who doesn't speak Italian, we understood each other in the language of beer. Excellent atmosphere, very friendly and patient bar staff. I ended the evening very happy (jaja🍻) after watching the Champions League. Best local beer ever.

08/04/2025: There are also very good Japanese restaurants in Rome, but I really didn't expect to find such a welcoming place, informal without being sloppy and approximate, in short, a real trattoria where you eat excellent food (which I don't even know if you can say that). My life will therefore have a before and after the discovery of Umami. There wasn't one thing I didn't like, amazing sushi and sashimi but the gyoza! And the duck, Wagyū, fish dishes, the buns, even the cotton cake ❤️ and nothing, it will become one of my favorite places but also yours, I know!

23/03/2025: Small Japanese restaurant run by an Italian who is certainly qualified but with less pronounced flavors than other restaurants of the same type. Excellent quality raw materials. Medium to high prices.

03/04/2025: Partly by chance and partly by fate, I ended up in this pasta factory. It certainly couldn't have gone better, from the selection of handmade pasta to the entire choice of stuffed pasta. What can I say luck kisses sometimes, I will definitely be back. CRAZY ravioli and guaranteed kindness. Well done, great 👏👏👏👏

12/03/2025: The best egg pasta. Amatriciana ravioli, scoglio, "similplin", artichokes and potatoes... fettuccine, gnocchi, agnolotti... I've tried a bit of everything and it's always perfect!

11/03/2025: Large choice of burgers but fast food type. Quite quickly served. Pleasant and friendly place. Neutral atmosphere. If you want to eat quickly but well or with family.

01/03/2025: I love it, I go there often, the broad bean burger and the various salads are highly recommended.
