A small restaurant in the pedestrian area of ​​Pigneto. Few dishes on the menu (obviously a plus), with a few off-menu additions noted on a chalkboard outside and one delivered to your table. A medium-quality charcuterie and cheese platter, good carbonara served in a small pan. The lamb burger, already served with sides, is very good and sophisticated. The desserts are a letdown, with the tiramisu being unbalanced with too much cream, too few biscuits, and not set well enough in the fridge. It's too heavy. Cheesecake is better. The host/owner is friendly and helpful, but the staff is a bit inexperienced and sloppy, with some inattentive service and requests not being understood. The single bathroom is very small, worn, and a bit neglected. Prices are average for food and drinks (even good cocktails).

The menu is varied and offers a variety of options to please everyone, with an average selection of dishes. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some inaccuracies in the service. The order wasn't recorded correctly: a first course was forgotten and served only at the end of the meal, after the other diners had already finished—a significant inconvenience. Added to this was the careless management of the bill: one of the guests had already paid for his portion in advance (coffee and tiramisu), but when the total was split, that portion wasn't deducted. When we reported it, we were met with a curt "the system has already calculated the portions," without any attempt to verify or correct it. These aren't excessive expectations: an apology for the inconvenience with the first course, or simply pressing a button to update the bill, would have cost nothing.

We were there yesterday late in the afternoon at 4 pm for the graduation ceremony held in Rome for our students. The location and service are top notch. I often choose this place for gatherings with friends and we always have a great time. The owner is very friendly, the drinks are excellent, and you can eat everything at reasonable prices. The menu also includes gluten-free options. Excellent work by all the staff. Marco
