04/05/2025: This is a local gelato and ice cream restaurant near our accommodation. I discovered it by chance, and even though many stores were closed on Sunday, the neighborhood was quiet but there were a lot of people. There were more local residents than tourists, and you can feel the flavor of authentic gelato ice cream that you can never find in Korea. I recommend the recommended Agrumi di Sicilia flavor, which has thick and thick pistachios! If you see Koreans🇰🇷, be sure to go!

22/05/2025: Good location if 12 minutes walk from the station with heavy luggage on rough roads is ok with you. Horrible hotel service and offer if you are from Asia you will see, the hotel room basically offers nothing, you don’t get toothbrush toothpaste and even a bottle of water… at this price, this is unbelievable. Breakfast— Roman standard I guess because indeed I have had better experience with hotels in Amsterdam Prague Brussels Vienna etc etc.. so I guess this is the Italian standard. Service—you get rude attitude whenever you ask questions. Lastly the room, this is even more scarier. From Asia I guess we can’t expect too much from European hotels even pay quite much. But you see sticky light buttons here and table covered with dust and armchair touched with different colorssss… and there’re mosquitos even the room is air conditioned!! Amazingly eye-opening experience. Never ever rated a hotel this low. Really bad, don’t stay here! In fact, this city really has nothing to linger on except for a bunch of historical sites. If you have never been here, you can come here once, and you don't have to come again in the future.

23/05/2025: Very characteristic place, cared for in every detail and with a tone always witty, the pinsa was DELICIOUS, we did the non-stop formula, and the flavors were particular and refined, not the usual pizzas (which obviously they make if you ask), but the real gem is the owner, a super nice person, always with a joke ready and available. The restaurant is not located exactly in a busy area, but it is absolutely worth the trip.

07/04/2025: La recensione è per "Il Cristallo di Borgia" degli stessi proprietari che si trova sempre a Subiaco in piazza Santa Maria della Valle al civico 30. È uno dei posti che concentra un po’ tutto; lo stile medievale del posto, l'indiscussa qualità dei prodotti, l’armoniosa location, l’eleganza nel presentare la tavola ed anche un’ampia scelta di vini di assoluta considerazione. A ciò, si unisce il garbo della signora Irene e l’immancabile e piacevole compagnia di Maurizio. Consiglio vivamente, personalmente credo che tutte le volte che salirò a Subiaco (RM) sarà difficile tradire queste persone.

17/04/2025: Locale piccolino ma prelibato. Il nome non tradisce le aspettative. Sono davvero prodotti di qualità e ben presentati. Uno dei migliori hamburger mai mangiati. Complimenti!!!

16/04/2025: Wow, grandes hamburguesas! Cocinado con tanto cuidado y los ingredientes son típicamente italianos, así que de primera calidad. Recomendaría este poco fuera de los restaurantes de pista trillada!

19/01/2025: Avrei dato 3 pallini, ma voglio invece evidenziare le cose positive, confidando che i consigli non verranno presi come critiche negative bensì come suggerimenti propositivi. L’arredamento della sala è molto curato in ogni dettaglio, piacevole e accogliente come ci si aspetta da una vera sala da tè in stile inglese. Tè e biscotteria molto buoni. Non abbiamo assaggiato le torte, peccato per gli scones che che di British avevano poco (al posto della clotted cream usano la panna!!). Molto vasta la selezione di tè, suggerirei di aggiungere nel menu, oltre al nome del tè, anche che a gusto sono, con indicazione dei tempi di infusione in base ai diversi tè. In ultimo, un’autentica sala da tè British style serve il tè in teiere molto più capienti oppure con acqua calda a parte, in modo da berne più volte durante il tempo passato presso di voi. Torneremo volentieri

04/01/2025: Overlooking the abbey is this pizzeria by the slice which also makes round pizzas to take away. Supplì among the best (if not the best) ever eaten. Wide choice of pizza slices, with the possibility of filling them with excellent cooked dishes (friarielli, broccoli, aubergines, potatoes,...). Very kind and above all very smiling staff! Prices more than fair. Highly recommended
