As of the end of March 24 (260,000 per night) #Location: It is 5-10 minutes away from Termini Station, but the road there is inconvenient to drag a suitcase and it is very dark at night. Also, you have to walk to the supermarket for about 5 to 10 minutes. There are good restaurants #Reception: The lobby is large and there are many staff members stationed there. Very friendly and open 24 hours. #Room: I wondered if there was a room bigger than this in Europe for this price. At first, it was so big that I thought I was given a better room than the one I booked. As it was a new building, it was clean and there was an elevator. However, if you are assigned to the first floor, there is a bit of a sewer smell from the shower booth. Perhaps the smell comes more from Rome's sewers than from the hotel. Therefore, it is recommended that you ask for a high-floor assignment in advance! #Convenience: There is a place to eat breakfast on the 5th floor, but if breakfast is not included, you can eat it on site for 20 euros. There are a lot of varieties and they are delicious, so I recommend eating them. Other than that, it seems to have all the services we think a hotel would have. #Overall review: I liked the room condition the best among the hotels I've been to in Europe. Personally, I think that hotels near stations are good because Europe is not limited to one city and there is a lot of movement between cities, and I think the IQ Hotel is the best among them. I hope many Korean travelers stay here. Highly recommended!!

BE CAREFUL DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT KNOWING: I recommend staying away from this hotel. Although it is well located, its insulation is poor and the staff lack understanding of the problems. Additionally, access to the pool and spa is misleadingly advertised in the photos, without mentioning the additional charge of €35 per day. The only positive points are the location and the exterior appearance.

Great hotel, very clean, staff friendly, roof top bar great place for a beer after visiting the city. Very central with most place within 20 minutes walk.

In itself a nice and modern hotel. However, the rooms are very poorly insulated, so anyone who is sensitive to noise will not like it. The rooms were fine and quite clean. The breakfast disappointed me. Little choice and some not edible. Service and location were good.

Very convenient to the center and Termini station.. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Advised.

Hotel overall was quite nice, and I'm a pretty good location near the trains but also a quick walk to most of the touristy locations. Our only reason we docked it to 4 stars is because the shower constantly smelled like sewer gas unless the water was running almost like no trap was installed and the train was massive and not really level with the ground so showering was weird trying to not trip or stand on the drain.

Siamo tornati dopo la bella esperienza a pranzo questa estate per viverne una di sera. L'atmosfera del luogo si presta. L'accoglienza oltre che professionale è molto cordiale, il cibo di qualità e discreta la scelta dei vini senza ricarichi eccessivi. Abbiamo iniziato con un bianco alla mescita, uno chardonnay inzolia siciliano, per proseguire con una bottiglia di pinot noir doc Alto Adige. Antipasto misto salumi e formaggi per due, un primo al ragù di anatra e una entrecote con contorno di patate e peperoni. Il tutto molto buono. Passito a conclusione offerto dalla casa. Prezzo 65 a testa per una serata particolare

Our first night in Rome, we enjoyed some great Roman food based on waiter’s suggestions. Everything we were served was definitely different than the US version, it seemed to have more basic ingredients and was truly delicious!!
