You can sense the great passion for the work, the service was impeccable and attentive, and the place offers a wonderful environment with a spectacular view. 07/10/2024: Un posto fuori dal tempo, ti fa dimenticare da dove vieni e dove stai andando, sei immerso solo in quel momento e in quel posto accogliente, famigliare, caloroso, dove regnano calma e serenità Il cibo decisamente squisito e il servizio eccellente! Francesco è una persona non solo preparata ma estremamente ospitale, capace di dare tutti gli input necessari a creare un’atmosfera quasi magica… e quando vai via pensi solo di volerci tornare!

22/12/2024: We had to break the journey from Lombardy to Calabria and this place turned out to be the best choice, in the middle of Italy. We had a wonderful lunch, as if we were at a wedding due to the portions and the goodness (but spending very little!) in a unique location: view of the lake and hills, panorama, animals and a warm and welcoming environment. Family run. Thank you very much for the welcome.

26/12/2024: Very good food. Unfortunately, our table was adjacent to the walls of the veranda, which are plastic-coated and let in freezing drafts (-2° outside). The generator could not be directed towards us because it was "too hot" and so as not to disturb the next table :( In the center of the room there was a table for 4 (we were 3) away from drafts, heated by the direction of the generator, but no one thought/suggested we move there, even though we complained about the cold. On leaving we were given a bottle of wine, a very nice and appreciated gesture, very good food (I recommend the cheek), courteous service, unfortunately a person sensitive to the cold and this affected my experience.

18/12/2024: Very "camouflaged" place... Once inside the surprises begin.... It feels like being inside a beautiful 1930s French bistro.... The recipes, particularly tasty, should all be tried. The price is really convenient.... The staff is extremely friendly and competent.... Absolutely worth trying!!!!

30/11/2024: This is a ridiculously fantastic restaurant. Top notch, with imaginative dishes that you might think on paper won't work, but then they do. If that kitchen were in a Rome, London or New York, they would be celerbrities. I have lived in Italy off and on over the past 40 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best restaurants in the center of the country, including Rome. And that's a big statement. The prices are also embarrassingly low. My wife calls it her happy place. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

The Angus cold cuts are very good, it's a shame that the Stracciatella on top detracts from the cured meat. Good fried food and sandwiches. The Marchigiana steak is excellent, fresh and tasty. Perfect cooking. Little choice of wines and not very quality. Excellent desserts. Pretty good prices.

26/12/2024: Buonasera Vorrei segnalare una situazione spiacevole. Ho ordinato un hamburger da asporto, il panino era buono ma purtroppo dopo 40 minuti che ho mangiato mi sono sentita malissimo da lì a tutta la notte e tutto il giorno. Mi dispiace tantissimo, fare attenzione ! Sicuramente non l’ho prenderò più.

26/12/2024: Oggi 26 dicembre 24 tornando a casa dalla vacanze natalizie cercavamo un ristorante nella zona Roma Nord e ho telefonato a questo ristorante che è stato gentilissimo a riceverci malgrado l'orario, era un po tardi. Appena entrati ci siamo trovati in trattoria di carattere familiare, spartana... ho pensato: 'speriamo che si mangi bene' Eravamo solo noi, in 4, il cameriere, Mauro, gentilissimo e molto ospitale ci ha dato delle direttive significative sul menù che sono state molto apprezzate. La pasta fatta in casa, carne e abbacchio del posto tutto squisito.... senza parlare dei broccoletti ripassati, una squisitezza. Nell'attesa delle salsicce, abbiamo assaggiato il loro olio locale sul pane casereccio cotto a legna, nn ci sono parole, infatti ne abbiamo comprato una tanica da 5 lt. Abbiamo parlato con il proprietario e il cameriere, persone molto semplici e sincere e con molta conoscenza del mestiere. Il proprietario ci ha raccontato di qc episodio negativo avvenuto, ma essendo una trattoria familiare può accadere qc distrazione e di conseguenza creare un malcontento. Forse siamo stati fortunati che eravamo soli noi e quindi abbiamo ricevuto tutte le attenzioni, ma una cosa è certa: il cibo è di buona qualità con prezzi giusti. Continuate su questa strada ragazzi, sicuramente ritorneremo. Saluti Giovanna Gallo

The pizza sector is also taking off, with new staff who need to grow, but who are well on their way to doing their best. Very romantic place with outdoor tables among olive and oak trees. Prices average, maybe even below average. To return.
