I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Rieti

19/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato all’aperto, sotto una struttura in legno, che ci riparava dal sole. Menu a prezzo fisso, con cibo ottimo. e abbondante. C’era molta gente, ma il servizio é stato abbastanza veloce. Si suggerisce di prenotare con congruo anticipo, anche per verificare se l’agriturismo, nel giorno prescelto, sia effettivamente aperto per la ristorazione. Dopo pranzo abbiamo scambiato due chiacchiere con il titolare, Fabio (molto ospitale) e fatto un giro nell’ampia proprietà:, ove ci sono recinti con cavalli, asinelli, conigli ed altri animali. All’interno dell’agriturismo, in posizione defilata, c’è anche una chiesa piuttosto capiente, vista da fuori, moderna ma ben inserita nel contesto (forse, a richiesta, utilizzabile per cerimonie?). Abbiamo trascorso momenti piacevoli e rilassanti, a contatto con la natura. con uno sguardo rivolto alla splendida Abbazia di Farfa, ben visibile in lontananza, che domina dall’alto il territorio circostante.

28/07/2024: Posto incantevole, mangiare casareccio sopraffino (una gricia da urlo! che da sola vale il viaggio), proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, personale rapido, educato, disponibile. Insomma un posto dove tornare e da raccomandare. Complimenti!

Try to prove me wrong.

11/08/2024: A breath of magic. This is the air I breathed at "Genziana". Perhaps it was a comet that landed by chance in one of the most enchanting places in the upper Sabina Laziale, Leonessa. In this very elegant restaurant, I had the privilege of getting to know the owners: Alberto, the brazier, and Marika, the undisputed chef in the kitchen. But this is not a restaurant: it is a life experience, not only sensorial, but also emotional. Alberto welcomes customers with a welcome that smacks of ancient times, to be preserved; and the climate that is perceived is one of familiarity, of conviviality. Not only do you cook and taste it, but you listen to the stories. Of a land of pure beauty. The embers are real old school, a wood ember. And it's a first compliment. Cooking with post-modern methods is banned. The matured meat is very precious, and I was guided by Alberto in choosing the perfect steak, to each their own. An enchantment. Behind the scenes, but only apparently, Marika invents combinations for starters and first courses that leave their mark: with great imagination, giving space to strictly local seasonal products, she dishes up as if she were painting a picture by Michele Cascella. The smoked Angus carpaccio, with first fruits of figs and other fruit, is a rainbow of sensational flavors and essences. The ricotta and truffle panzerotti are perfect, the Angus meatballs with tomato, sublime; but, listen to me, ask for basil in addition, and then you will be able to tell me. I let Alberto, an expert in wines, pair the right glass of red for the steak, and let him do it. Many boast of improvising as a sommelier, Alberto actually is, but he doesn't boast about this. The vegetables are to be tasted together with the meat without discussion, you will notice the freshness of the raw material. At the end of the meal, there is a fairy tale for everyone: Alberto and Marika, as soon as they can, keep the customers company, telling the story of Leonessa, and its hidden wonders, offering the 'Genziana' - the only one of that kind - produced with the red wine. Something that cannot be described or explained in words. Because after eating at Genziana, it almost feels like you've entered a novel. Which was written there. 01/12/2024: Let's start with the place. Enchanting. Classy furnishings inside, which makes everything very relaxing. Soft background music, very pleasant. Excellent, quality food. Polite, kind, present and professionally trained staff.

17/11/2024: Pleasantly surprised by the welcome and treatment. A note: we had dinner and had a great meal, try it. A mention and 10 stars for the gentian. For breakfast, an excellent donut that we also took fishing, so why don't you leave it?

22/09/2024: Family run tavern. Particularly low prices and therefore very popular with residents. The quality is therefore adequate for the cost-effectiveness of the proposal. The owner is very nice and her "rusticity" is engaging and puts you in a good mood

18/12/2024: Very "camouflaged" place... Once inside the surprises begin.... It feels like being inside a beautiful 1930s French bistro.... The recipes, particularly tasty, should all be tried. The price is really convenient.... The staff is extremely friendly and competent.... Absolutely worth trying!!!!

30/11/2024: This is a ridiculously fantastic restaurant. Top notch, with imaginative dishes that you might think on paper won't work, but then they do. If that kitchen were in a Rome, London or New York, they would be celerbrities. I have lived in Italy off and on over the past 40 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best restaurants in the center of the country, including Rome. And that's a big statement. The prices are also embarrassingly low. My wife calls it her happy place. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

25/11/2024: Siamo stati domenica a pranzo prima di visitare il carinissimo borgo Collalto sabino. Il locale è molto carino sia dentro che fuori con il suo laghetto suggestivo, il servizio impeccabile, stiamo parlando di un ristorante di livello. Se si cerca la qualità e non la quantità questo è il posto giusto. Prezzi medio/ alti. Lo Consiglio.

Unique!!

31/05/2024: Happened by chance it was a magical encounter... A place where I will try to return as soon as possible. Fantastic. From the place, to the availability of the ladies who manage it with elegance, smile, professionalism and love. You can feel the passion and attention to what they do! Delicious food, high quality, all km0... Unique flavours.. And incredible. Thanks to the large spaces, it was possible to eat in the garden and contemplate the sunset after lunch. Let girls and boys play. Not to be missed!!!! 🥂😊

10/12/2024: Good place to eat. Well prepared quality food, varied and all tasty. The pizza sector is also taking off, with new staff who need to grow, but who are well on their way to doing their best. Very romantic place with outdoor tables among olive and oak trees. Prices average, maybe even below average. To return.
