27/07/2025: My husband and I were on a trip to Rieti on Saturday to revisit the sites of our military service. We ended up at this restaurant, which is under different management and was the one my husband frequented during his military service. Without a reservation, on a Saturday, they seated us without any particular problems or waits. We had a really good time: very good food, a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and very fair prices. We'll definitely be back.

26/07/2025: Having returned to Rieti after many years, I tried to find the place where I used to go with my comrades in the army. Since so many years have passed, I struggled to find it, as it has changed its appearance in the meantime. That said, which certainly doesn't matter to anyone, I was delighted to "rediscover" memories of my youth, and my stars are partly due to this. The food was excellent, especially the truly delicious meats; the service and atmosphere were welcoming and friendly. One final note: the price was more than fair, which in my opinion is no small detail. Well done, Antonietta, I hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

23/06/2025: Today we were for my little girl's baptism we were in the part above dedicated entirely to us I can say when you choose the best we have chosen a place cared for in the smallest details but with serious and impeccable human staff ready for every need requested !!! Fresh food excellent buffalo mozzarella sliced ​​!!! Hot first courses good portions !!!! Fantastic menu !! The second courses side dishes meat of the rolls super tender !!!!! That melted in the mouth !!! And we want to talk about the cake as well as beautiful fresh and good !!!!! With mixed fruit salad and what fruit so much choice !!!! If I recommend it I highly recommend it !! We will have communions, confirmations and much more waiting for us !!! But I will definitely go back for lunch with my family !!! A beautiful place even outside !!! Truly my compliments to all your staff !!!!!

03/08/2025: Ormai da qualche anno torniamo in questo locale nel cuore della Sabina per una cena estiva all’aperto, posizione e vista bellissime, molto attenti alla qualità del cibo, accostamenti di sapori ed abbinamenti da ristorante stellato in un ambiente tranquillo curato e sempre attento al dettaglio, una garanzia.

03/08/2025: Ristorante immerso nella bellissima campagna Sabina, la cucina è raffinata, le materie prime ottime e legate alla stagionalità, l’ambiente è curato e il servizio attento ed estremamente cortese. Ieri sera siamo tornati in qs ristorante, dove ci piace venire per sfuggire dal caos romano ed immergerci nel verde e nella cucina di qualità e come sempre è stato una conferma. 19/07/2025: It's a very rustic place, but the food is good and plentiful. The fixed-price menu is €28, ranging from appetizer to dessert, including drinks, and it's absolutely impossible to leave hungry. Lots of local products, homemade cuisine. There's ample parking, and you're truly surrounded by nature. If you're here for the first time, a GPS is absolutely essential.

06/07/2025: This place is not very suitable for walkers. We stayed here only because there was no other accommodation option along the Cammino dei Briganti. There were four of us. The lady told us that the air conditioning was “natural”, and it’s true, because you sleep in a cellar that has been transformed into accommodation. But the space is very limited, especially for four people, and there is only one bathroom. The windows are tiny, the air is heavy and there was a smell of mold. In fact, a friend of mine coughed all night and was also sick with nausea. I myself had the feeling of being in a tunnel, so much so that I couldn’t sleep well. The bathroom was always wet, you couldn’t tell where the water was coming from, and it also smelled bad. The sink was clogged. We pointed it out at least twice, but in the end it wasn’t fixed. We had to wash our teeth and face using the bidet. Breakfast was served only after 8:00, but for walkers that’s not a convenient time. We asked if it was possible to bring it forward, but they said no. There was no way to make do on our own: there was no kettle or coffee machine. We stayed two nights and also had dinner there. The appetizers were always the same: packaged cold cuts bought at the supermarket. When I kindly asked for a cup of hot water (since there was no kettle), I waited at least a quarter of an hour and the lady answered me nervously, saying that "they weren't there just for us". There are cheaper and much more hospitable structures in the area: look for Eusebio Di Carlo's house. Mauro was very kind, he offered us a coffee in the rain, while the bar of this structure was closed.

20/07/2025: The meat is of the highest quality and very tender, the location is stunning, and the service is attentive and meticulous. Every time we come here from Bologna, we're always very satisfied.

30/07/2025: After a few years, I visited the restaurant's new location, which I've always loved and frequented. The new location is splendid! Especially during this time of year, I must say that dining outdoors in the evening has a unique charm. As always, the service is excellent, with Angela, the hostess, who immediately puts you at ease, and the staff, not only highly trained but also always ready to smile and take care of the table and the guests' needs. The food was EXCELLENT, just as I remembered. Everything was perfect!! Everything was top-notch, in an absolutely family-friendly atmosphere. Just one thing about this wonderful, renovated experience: the lack of Francesco's smile and friendliness, however, is more than made up for by the heart and quality of those who have inherited it! Congratulations, Angela, congratulations to everyone, it's impossible not to come back to "home." 16/07/2025: Very "camouflaged" place... Once you enter the surprises begin.... It feels like being inside a beautiful French bistro from the 1930s.... The recipes, unique and tasty, you should try them all. The price is really reasonable.... The staff is extremely friendly and competent.... Absolutely worth trying!!!!

10/05/2025: Impromptu lunch in this place not far from the historic center. Ordered first courses and meat, with generous portions and prices that were decidedly lower than lunches in the city. Fairly quick service with very friendly staff.

30/07/2025: Yesterday I celebrated my graduation at this restaurant. Cristina was super kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The dishes were generous, typical of the area, and delicious. I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!
