19/07/2025: I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

07/04/2025: Fabulous, a location with an old stone farmhouse style, everything is well combined, perfect welcome, efficient, serious and dynamic waiters, friendly and very friendly owner with his local accent, they recommended the appetizer to us to taste everything and I must say everything is truly top, fettuccine with artichokes and then, let's not talk about it, served directly in the pan, succulent, artichokes on the side are wonderful to say the least. What can I say other than highly recommended, good value for money.

13/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato l'anniversario dei miei genitori in questo ristorante e ve lo consiglio. Per prima cosa il servizio è stato ottimo, sia il proprietario che la cameriera ci tenevano a farci passare una bella serata senza far mancare nulla. Quindi servizio ottimo e veloce. Abbiamo preso come antipasto dei fritti molto buoni e poi la carne, consigliata da Giordano è stata perfetta: sia per la cottura che per la qualità. Poi c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare la carne e condirla a tuo piacimento con vari Sali particolari. Loro fanno anche la pizza, che in altre occasioni abbiamo già provato ed è davvero buona. Infine, ci tenevo a precisare anche che la loro attenzione sta nel fatto che nel loro locale possono mangiare senza nessun problema persone celiache infatti fanno ottima pizza senza glutine e anche i fritti, (cosa non scontata oggi) oltre ovviamente alla carne che si può mangiare senza problemi. Insomma, Ve lo consiglio.

13/09/2025: FOOD POISONING Be careful when ordering. I ordered shrimp ravioli and pad thai. The former were strange and mushy, the flavor was strange but decent, and I didn't pay much attention. The pad thai was embarrassing; I threw it away because it was watery, mushy, and tasted only of pepper. The next day, I woke up in pain, and from there, I spent 48 hours of hell with vomiting and gastroenteritis. Report to the NAS.

29/08/2025: Beautiful and very quaint place. Super friendly staff, attentive to various intolerances. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, the pizza is truly excellent, including the gluten-free pizza, which is among the best I've ever had, and the artisanal ice cream is delicious. We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2025: Beautiful view from Roccamassima... family-run restaurant, excellent service provided by young girls... smiling and friendly... excellent, healthy and freshly cooked cuisine... obsessive hygiene... very clean bathrooms with the most comfortable amenities... for a mountain restaurant, the toilets are also suitable for elderly people... 06/09/2025: We were here tonight and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After the first half hour, no one came to the table to greet us, so I had to ask for something to drink. We waited an hour and a half for our orders, and our hunger had gone away before we even received our food. The service was slow. We felt a bit neglected, and the long wait negatively impacted our experience. However, when the food arrived, the pizza was good; although, honestly, the price of the pizza (it is very high) is quite high for the location and the service provided. We hope the pizzeria can work to improve order management and reduce wait times. I recommend improving communication with customers and working on service efficiency. If you can solve these problems, you could offer a better experience to your customers. Just constructive advice because they are young people.
