04/05/2025: Everything is really good and of good quality, adequate price and welcoming staff. We started with fried foods, where there was a lot of choice such as pizza which remains light and easily digestible. And how can we not mention the desserts… exceptional.

30/03/2025: First time at this place. The interior is very nice and welcoming, typical of a pub. It also has lots of tables outside so perfect in summer.
Fast service and excellent food. We will definitely be back.
Been back several times, always impeccable and fast service.
Last night, we had brought some friends, praising the speed of the service and the goodness of the dishes, but we were disappointed because although they took the order as soon as we arrived, they brought the dishes to us after 45 minutes and the baked potatoes, usually exceptional, only tasted of rosemary.
I hope it was a coincidence....

We had dinner last night and I must say that we have been vegetarians for about a year. We had already been there as omnivores and we were always super satisfied with the delicious proposals; this time we were a little afraid of having to, as often happens, settle for the usual only alternative but our doubts vanished after a few minutes when the kitchen made itself available to us to modify what we wanted and also to propose dishes that were not on the menu. From appetizer to dessert a continuous joy. For us it is a guarantee!
22/05/2025: A spectacle, never eaten anything better and never lived an experience like this, magnificent dinner with unique and true flavors, very good wine and desserts with delicious combinations, I would gladly return and often, which I recommend to anyone who reads this, an experience to try and to be left speechless 👏🏼👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/07/2025: We had dinner here two nights out of three of our stay in Itri, because when you find good food it's good to come back! Very kind and polite service, even when there were misunderstandings they immediately took steps to recover customer satisfaction.
Reservations recommended, the environment is also a bit suggestive as one wall is rocky, like in a cave.
We tried both the steaks and the sandwich with eggplant parmigiana and I would recommend both. If we were to return to Itri we will certainly see each other again!

As a regular customer, I can say that Totò 2.0 is not just a pizzeria: it is a fixed point, a certainty. Every time I cross the threshold I already know that an authentic taste experience awaits me, never banal, always up to – if not beyond – expectations.
The “Mortazza” pizza is one of my musts: a masterful combination of velvety burrata, fragrant mortadella and crunchy pistachio grains, all on a soft, digestible dough, with a crust that is pure pleasure. The touch of pesto on top? Brilliant, because it binds and enhances every ingredient without ever covering it.
But the real strength of Totò 2.0 is the consistency in quality, the respect for the raw material and a constant desire to experiment without losing the Neapolitan soul. The menu varies, evolves, surprises. Every detail is taken care of, from the leavening to the presentation.
The staff is always kind, attentive and ready to advise with a smile. You can feel passion in every corner of the place, and this - those who frequent often, know it - cannot be improvised.
Totò 2.0 is much more than a pizzeria in Itri. It is a place where pizza becomes emotion, and where you always return with pleasure. And it is no coincidence that I return often.

01/05/2025: Credo sia la prima volta in cui nessun piatto riesca a essere ricordato con un aggettivo positivo. Se dovessi sintetizzare la mia esperienza, userei una sola parola: piattume.
Ma andiamo con ordine.
Nei piatti non ho trovato alcuna particolare ricerca: molti erano addirittura sbilanciati e, comunque, nulla che meritasse davvero di essere annotato.
Tartare di gamberi:
Usare la IV gamma per la tartare è imbarazzante, soprattutto in un ristorante stellato. La spugna e il corallo, poi, sembravano usciti direttamente dagli anni ’80. Il tutto è coperto da una salsa ai ricci troppo invadente, che annulla ogni altro sapore; resta solo una spiacevole sensazione al palato dovuta alla consistenza della spugna, mentre il gambero sparisce completamente.

Seppioline con gelato di aragosta (new entry del menù):
Già leggendo il piatto si capisce che il risultato non potrà essere memorabile, e infatti l’assaggio lo conferma. Le seppioline contengono una sacchetta di nero che esplode al taglio — un “gioco” che però rovina l’armonia del piatto. Il gelato di aragosta scompare dopo i primi bocconi, lasciando solo il gusto dominante (e divisivo) del nero di seppia.

Terrina:
Qui la parte affumicata sovrasta tutto, mentre la gelatina non porta alcuna freschezza al palato. Anche la presentazione è identica agli altri piatti: banale e priva di carattere.

Tagliolini all’aglio nero:
Tristezza infinita. Un piatto che potresti improvvisare alle tre del mattino senza nessuna difficoltà. Banale, senza idee, assemblato senza alcuno spunto creativo e tristemente anonimo anche nella presentazione.

Ma il fondo dov’è? Semplicemente assente.

Piccione:
Qui si sfiora il ridicolo. Una ricerca forzata di “naturalezza” senza nessuna intuizione creativa. La trovata di proporre il piccione da mangiare, se si vuole, con le mani è gestita male: se questa è l’idea, va portata fino in fondo, magari servendo in due tempi e senza posate. Così resta solo una via di mezzo maldestra. Cottura corretta, ma senza alcuna anima.

Saltati senza rimpianti: l’umore era ormai compromesso.

Abbastanza attento.
Carta dei vini:
Ampia, anche se la selezione di vini naturali è un po’ scarna; comunque buone possibilità di scelta.

Prezzo:
Adeguato per un ristorante stellato (8 portate), se solo fossero anche all’altezza.
Conclusione:
Non è un ristorante che consiglierei per nessuna occasione, tantomeno per un anniversario o un evento speciale.
28/03/2025: Ristorante di livello che merita il riconoscimento, il menu degustazione in pieno stile 'stellato', con pietanze ricercate e attenzione alla materia prima. Unica pecca la carta dei vini, non completamente aggiornata con i vini che non erano più disponibili. In ogni caso un'esperienza meravigliosa.

06/04/2025: I went to Rosso Antico Bottiglieria for a business lunch and I must say that it was a real discovery. The venue presents an elegant and refined environment, with attention to detail and ideal for both professional meetings and moments of pleasure.
The service was impeccable: attentive, professional and never intrusive. The raw materials are of the highest quality, starting from the raw products - very fresh and served with great care - up to the first course, truly exceptional in taste and presentation.
Note of merit also for the wide selection of bottles, a wine list that highlights both local labels and big names, offering a perfect choice for every palate.
Congratulations to all the staff for their passion and competence. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊
31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

02/06/2025: Very elegant place, I ate very well, the dessert was great. To return, even if a little uneconomical.
Update: I returned on Sunday and, with the place empty, I found the service dramatically slow (sitting at 9:35 pm, the sandwich arrived at 10:50 pm, I ate at practically 11 pm) and the meat sandwich had a strong hint of fish - which I can't stand. I hope it was a coincidence.

07/06/2025: Siamo venuti a mangiare due sere e ad entrambe tempi di attesa inaccettabili, infatti quasi un’ora/ un’ora e mezza. Arrivato il piatto, era una entrecote chiesta a cottura media, ma arrivata totalmente al sangue.
28/05/2025: We went to the Hoagie room - a private room / tasting experience in Pizzera to celebrate my sons college graduation. The host Alberto was awesome. Laid back, friendly, easy to talk with He put on classic Rock for my dad. He made the hoagie tasting options right in front of us. Had great suggestions for wine and cocktails. It was a 2 hour experience that felt like 4 ( in a good way). We didn’t feel rushed. Everyone enjoyed it. Would 1000 percent go back to the hoagie room !

15/06/2025: We ate in this clean, cool restaurant, with kind and welcoming staff. Excellent pasta with amberjack, fried food and a sublime scarola. But also the other dishes offered on the menu are exceptional, the secret local fish, local products and masterfully cooked. Even the fruity white wine is a noteworthy sign together with the coffee. Never eaten so well...go there.

A note to the waiters when the wine ordered is missing, it is good practice to present the wine list to the customers again and then perhaps suggest alternatives...
