14/09/2025: Warm welcome, excellent pizza thanks to the quality of the light, digestible dough and the balanced amount of toppings. The special pizza combinations are truly spot on. We'll definitely be back. It's a shame they're only open for lunch. The pistachio tiramisu was delicious. Reservations are recommended.

12/09/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten: light, well-leavened dough, and incredibly fresh ingredients. The quality of the food alone would deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The waiter was rude and too hasty: he asked us for our order as soon as we sat down, without even giving us time to carefully read the menu. A friendlier welcome and a few more minutes to choose would have made the experience much better. I will definitely return for the pizza, hoping for more attentive and courteous service.

13/10/2025: We had the most wonderful stay. Francesca made everything effortless for us, and we were so grateful for her help. She even helped connect us with their preferred driving company to get us to Rocca Massima from Rome and Emilio was excellent. It was challenging to find meals in town, so we were grateful that Locanda dell' Arcangelo provided some of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. We got to visit Tipico which has olive oils, jams, and wine from the area and is run by the hotel. This hotel has a complimentary breakfast with limited hours and an excellent dinner menu. Lunch was not offered when we visited, but there are a few nearby restaurants and a small grocery which has deli options for sandwiches. We did not do "Flying in the Sky" which is the one main attraction but instead walked around Rocca Massima and took in the sights. Parco delle Rimembranze / Parco della Memoria was lovely to walk through. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding we attended in Cori. Otherwise would have never known about this special place!

20/11/2025: The best pizza I've ever had. This restaurant was a real discovery for me in Itri! I've eaten many pizzas in my life and in various places in Italy, but this has become one of the reasons for me to return to the Aurunci Mountains. Perfect dough, fresh and authentic ingredients, every bite is a true delight for the palate! And I'll stop here because I'm already hungry 😂

12/09/2025: I discovered a pizzeria by chance, it is in the center of the town. Among the many choices I ate the Pizza Itriana, which I found excellent, with a sufficient amount of filling and a dough worthy of note for its digestibility.

30/09/2025: A must-try in Ventotene. The staff were really friendly and fast. We were there for the feast of Santa Candida. Excellent food.

19/09/2025: The second course portions are a bit small. The salmon with red berries isn't the classic red berries, but rather pink sugary cereal. The zucchini flowers are delicious, and the location is excellent. The prices are a bit high.

21/08/2025: Everything was truly excellent!! To save us a wait, after we ordered, they brought us four tomato panzanellas. We also had four different starters, three main courses, and three desserts. Everything was delicious, accompanied by the house wine, for a total of €31.50 per person. I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality, friendly service, and the beautiful setting!

06/10/2025: We discovered this intimate and refined restaurant, where every dish tells a story of passion and attention to detail. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional, the plating impeccable, and the service truly expert, always ready to expertly recommend both dishes and matching wines. For our appetizer, we chose a buffalo mozzarella tartare with sparacelle mushrooms, delicate and surprising. The main course was the roasted rabbit with purple cabbage and leek: incredibly tender and flavorful, a must-try. To conclude, two unique and beautifully executed desserts: dark chocolate and raspberry, and salted pistachio with hazelnut, with a truly unique and delicious pistachio frangipane. All accompanied by a fine wine, carefully recommended. An experience that won us over. We'll definitely be back!

28/09/2025: We went to the new Latina location, a beautiful, modern space on two floors. The pizza was typically Neapolitan (it seems like this is the only type of pizza in Latina anymore), with fried foods that were too greasy, like potato chips. The pizza was good, with many variations and flavors, but the thing that didn't work was the service. All the staff have walkie-talkies, and they're constantly talking to each other. Well, after taking our orders (two of us had chosen the falia), they started delivering... except for the falia!!! After half an hour, I called the girl to ask how ours were going. She came back shortly after, saying the falia were out, no one had started it, and she had forgotten to let us know!!!!!! If we hadn't asked again, we would have been waiting for someone to let us know...

21/09/2025: Everything was perfect... the ideal place to spend an evening enjoying good food and relaxing... highly recommended.

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

30/10/2025: A truly comfortable place, with a very charming exterior, a pond, and a small bridge. Although the sulfur water isn't at all bothersome, you quickly get used to it. Impeccable service, beautifully decorated tables, and refined, delicious dishes. Definitely worth a try.

28/09/2025: Giving 5 stars is a top-notch experience, but this place definitely deserves a 4.5! Beautiful location. We went there this Sunday for lunch (Sunday lunch). There were several ceremonies, but the reserved seating allowed us to enjoy a quiet lunch, away from the chaos of the festivities. The seafood and fish dishes are worth it. Ample on-site parking. A little disappointed with the waiter. The service was perfect, very fast and helpful. The waiter was a little less so because he seemed annoyed, probably tired, but it's still a negative that I unfortunately have to point out, just like the many positives. I will definitely return for another meal or perhaps even to plan something more. A great discovery.

01/10/2025: Pizza was good but not excellent. It was very expensive, and IMO not worth it. It was also cooked on a screen (like they do at Dominos). There were 2 thin spots where the entire slice basically fell apart, and for a $35 pizza that’s not acceptable. Servers were nice. Ambiance was good. Tomato pie was decent. The mandatory kitchen tip was unnecessary given the quality. One pizza One piece of tomato pie 2 beers $58 not including tip Two people left hungry afterwards.
