20/05/2026: It was our first time at this place. When we entered, we were immediately greeted and escorted to our table. They immediately asked us what we wanted to drink and gave us the menu. We had time to decide, so we ordered and waited about 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive at our table. We had a great time and the pizza was excellent.... Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊
31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

16/05/2026: Excellent bar, very nice and very spacious, private room and outdoor room, well stocked with rums and high-quality liqueurs, excellent aperitifs, excellent coffee and a super-stocked breakfast, excellent service and very knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind staff, everything well-kept and clean, Amazon collection point, SuperEnalotto, the service is excellent, Fabio the owner is a wonderful and very kind person.

12/06/2026: In addition to sandwiches (including amazing meat sandwiches, like those with Scottona Marchigiana or Fassona tartare), they also offer the freshest raw seafood (the Ponza red prawn is incredible), spectacular fish tapas, and sophisticated first courses, demonstrating the incredible talent in the kitchen.
The restaurant is welcoming and very well-kept, with a terrace in the back that is an absolute gem in the summer. I absolutely recommend it! 💯
07/06/2026: One of the best restaurants in Formia, it makes delicious sandwiches, especially the one with octopus and the one with the beef hamburger.

21/04/2025: Ho pranzato al Kora Park il giorno di Pasqua, come invitato ai festeggiamenti di un compleanno in famiglia. Premetto che gli antipasti e il primo sono stati ottimi, come anche la frutta e la torta. Tuttavia, il filetto di maialino nero che mi è stato servito non era sufficientemente cotto, risultando l’interno di colore rosso. Ho fatto presente la cosa al cameriere, specificando che ero l’unico commensale ad aver ricevuto una porzione non sufficientemente cotta e raccomandavo di fare attenzione - a beneficio degli altri clienti - in quanto la carne di maiale presenta un rischio sanitario maggiore e quindi va prestata attenzione a una corretta preparazione. Sottolineo che a tavola era presente anche una donna incinta e mi ero raccomandato in anticipo sulla cottura degli alimenti. Invece di scusarsi, ammettendo un errore comunque comprensibile in una giornata come Pasqua, il personale ha insistito sulla cottura corretta del filetto, difendendo l’indifendibile e dimostrando una scarsa attenzione alla gestione del rischio sanitario e alla relazione con i clienti. Da bocciare sonoramente.
