Wonderful place. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. The first courses were good, perhaps the ravioli could have been cooked more. The service was wonderful and friendly, but it might seem slow, but then again, if you go to a restaurant, it's okay to wait a bit if you want to eat well. Besides, if we went to a fast food place, you wouldn't have time to sit with the anisettes and enjoy the evening.

Fabio and Angela manage to bring not only their professionalism but also their love for this profession to the table with their attentive presence and exquisite dishes that are hard to beat. Sublime first courses prepared tableside with care, enriched by explanations of the dish and its traditions. The fresh pasta, the carefully selected, studied, and invented ingredients... It wasn't just a lunch, but an experience to be shared. The desserts, the wines, the beer with sour cherries—every ingredient, aroma, and flavor paired perfectly with the rest of the meal. A completely impromptu Saturday in Sermoneta turned out to be an explosion of goodness for the palate and the heart. Thank you

21/03/2026: We were here tonight by word of mouth... believe me, the taste of the sushi still remains in my mouth... the tasting menu has endless courses and is a true journey of flavors. My sincere compliments!!!
22/02/2026: We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, quality products, and excellent attention to the ingredients. The service was impeccable, especially the young woman who served us was very good, professional, and kind. Recommended, we'll definitely be back.
