The menu is top-quality, with carefully selected ingredients, and the passion for cooking shines through in the dishes. The service is impeccable, from the waiters to the owner. 25/07/2026: These are excellent sandwiches, made with a special dough that makes them soft on the inside yet crispy on the outside, and available with a wide variety of toppings, some of which are customizable. The pinza, which I assume is made with the same dough, is very good. It's a shame about the tables, which are a bit sticky and lack tablecloths, and the cleanliness could use some work.

30/07/2026: I have to say that, after years of experience at various sushi restaurants, this is one of the worst I've ever been to. It's hard to say, because I usually try to overlook many things so as not to ruin the experience, but in this case, it was truly impossible. The organization is practically nonexistent. They even provide two tablets per table (I imagine for larger tables), but every time an order was placed, double the amount requested arrived, or some dishes were missing entirely. Some dishes ordered upon entry only arrived when we were about to leave, taking over an hour, for no reason given that the place was almost completely empty. The presentation of the dishes was also truly questionable. The plates arrived dirty and stained with sauces from other dishes: besides being careless, this can be a serious problem for those with food allergies. Furthermore, the uramaki and hosomaki were poorly assembled, breaking as soon as you tried to pick them up with chopsticks or even disassembled them on the serving plate. They were cut irregularly, and seemed hastily prepared just to be sent to the table. The restaurant is advertised as "fusion," but honestly, I found nothing that distinguished it from a regular all-you-can-eat sushi joint. There were no special dishes or options that justified this definition. The restaurant itself also left much to be desired. The entrance was elegantly decorated, as if to create a sense of place. However, as soon as we entered and were taken to our table, the presentation of the experience was completely different: disorganized, with wobbly tables, mismatched chairs, and waiters passing food through gaps in the decorative walls! The only positive note concerns the waitresses, who were always kind and helpful in answering questions and trying to correct incorrect orders. However, it was clear that they too were struggling: they were constantly arguing with each other about how to handle the situation, giving the impression of working in a very disorganized place with no clear procedures. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in almost every way, and I personally wouldn't recommend it. I definitely won't be returning.

28/06/2026: Of all the all-you-can-eat options, this one was a disappointment, unfortunately. I didn't find a single decent dish, and I say this with great regret. Low-quality food. What a shame. 😔
