In addition to the à la carte menu, the menu also offers three types of menus chosen by the chef: 3, 5, or 7 courses. And it is precisely by choosing the menu that the chef's creativity shines through. The choice of local ingredients, impeccably prepared and reinterpreted, the beauty of the dishes, the flavors that surprise you time and time again, the homemade breads and desserts: all strengths for a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide and, in my opinion, destined for even greater growth. The wine cellar is thoughtful, extensive, and designed to satisfy everyone. A place to try again and again, perhaps not for everyone, but it's the perfect place for those who want to experiment and try new and never-before-seen things. On my personal scale, it deserves a full 9.

In the meantime, the tasting menu had increased by €10, and I expected them to ask me for the difference, but that wasn't the case. I thank them. The entire experience was a crescendo of flavors and textures, high-quality ingredients, and balanced innovation that pleasantly surprised. Impeccable service, extremely kind staff. 30/07/2026: Very good place, with light and delicious fried foods and pizzas. We tried three of their delicious pizzas, unique and with harmonious flavors.
