14/10/2025: I’ve never been as badly treated as I’ve been in this cafe. Five minutes a expresso a bottle of water and a hot chocolat and a tone of indiference and prejudice in the air. Because we are tourists, because we are brown, because we are latins? We’ll never know… The truth is: we have to earn 6x more Brazilian money to pay for stuff as well as everyone else over here and we simply demmand the same treatment at least. If you are not italian, don’t spend your money in there!

28/09/2025: My first party in Roma. Cooool. Great music and decent surrounding. With my co-students and teachers I did enjoy. Food amazing. And atmosphere magic. Grazie mile. ❤️ PS... foto... scusi. Just me... for my Instagram:))))) at least the luce/light.

26/09/2025: We were allowed to be part of a private party, which was very disappointing. If the first impression is of three bouncers who are arrogant, aloof, and unfriendly, that doesn't reflect well on the club. The bar staff, unfortunately, wasn't as motivated as I'd imagined. The food we received was good. The DJ also did a good job.

14/09/2025: Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices (Roavy was the friendly server). A cappuccino, an espresso, and a large cone of ice cream were only €8! Great!

31/08/2025: We arrived for breakfast and we felt so welcome that we needed to come back for some drinks in the evening. Amazing plaze!

08/11/2025: The pizza is also decent (except for the ones with potatoes, which are always raw!), but the constant delays in delivery are unacceptable... 10-15 minutes go by, but even 45 minutes go by without even apologizing!! I'm sorry, but there are more professional places in the area.

26/10/2025: NEVER AGAIN! Order placed through Just Eat. Finding a fly, we called the pizzeria to try to find a solution, but they told me the fly hadn't come from them and questioned our words. So they would have sent us another sandwich, reiterating that the fly in question hadn't come from them. But we refused because the problem wasn't so much the fact that there was a fly in the sandwich, which can happen, but the treatment we received.

28/10/2025: Really good supplì and croquettes. The pizza is also good, but the service is a bit chaotic. But they're good people and worth a try, so definitely worth a try.

19/07/2025: Well, what can I say? It's a very exotic place/beach. I remember coming here when I was a kid with my brothers, and I can't wait to go back. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you're at home, but with the difference that you also have the sea. There's no menu, which, as I said before, makes it feel like you're at home. You have fantastic Cameo pizzas, table football, solid wood chairs (that's what it looks like), and of course, you feel like you're in old-time Texas with the cowboys. I'd like to give it 10 stars, but unfortunately I only have to give it 5.

22/03/2025: Caffè imbevibile fatto da persone che non sanno neanche lontanamente come si faccia. Persino il tè era troppo bollente. Solo le sfogliatelle, che non fanno loro, sono ottime.

19/10/2025: A place focused on selling "Dutch" fries (which aren't Dutch at all) in a paper bag with a variety of sauces to choose from. Various menu options, prices a bit steep for what they offer and what they're worth. The tables outside are a rip-off: the holes that are supposed to be specially made to leave the fries in and avoid getting burned only apply if you choose the large menu; otherwise, the fries will fall out, land on the street, and attack you.

03/09/2025: Tough potatoes, overcooked with terrible oil! Then I find out that the potatoes are cooked twice (according to the guy behind the counter). He says the owner wants it that way because it reduces cooking time! But for goodness sake 🙈🙈🙈🙈 that's why they're so awful! Since they boast about using good oil, they should also put up a sign specifying that the potatoes aren't cooked fresh but reheated in oil 🤮

29/07/2025: TWENTY-TWO EUROS for a buffet dish and a drink. SCANDALOUS!!!

23/07/2025: The staff at the drinks counter were rude and surly!!! Never again!

22/10/2025: To order you have to collect an electronic token from the cook, then order at the cashier and are told that the token will buzz when your order is ready and you collect from the pickup area. Reality is you will be waiting forever if you rely on these instructions. After 30mins of waiting and watching i went back to the counter and handed my token and receipt in and was served. Food itself was of a very low standard, but the surrounding eateries did not look any better (unless you are happy with stale looking pizza).

30/09/2025: Near Gate 34 E Terminal. Ordered the Crunchy & Pollo. Supposed to be a panini with turkey, tomato, arugula and cheese. Unacceptable for human consumption. Disgusting! Tables were filled with spilled food and trash. Trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. Chairs were stained and filthy. Customer service at pick up counter. Very Rude and ignored any attempt to as a simple question.

20/10/2025: Totally terrible service, extremely rude and slow staff, and we waited over 10 minutes to ask for a table despite there being plenty of free but dirty tables. The food was the same quality as a supermarket, but at a higher price. I often pass by the station, and I've never seen service like this.

21/09/2025: A classic example of how opening too many venues without adequately controlling them leads to an inevitable drop in quality.

25/05/2025: The setting is enchanting and the staff is very kind and eager, perhaps under-numbered (?). It's a shame to waste the opportunity with an ordinary choice of dishes and sad cuisine :-(

02/07/2025: An ice cream shop without cream!!!!!!!! At least say it first, right??? Grumpy and unpleasant girl... we asked for a spoon, it seemed like they had removed a kidney... the ice cream? Not good at all... focus on courtesy... or you will only work with tourists who fall for it!

Also, 3 and some euros for a two-flavor ice cream? One hopes that in the few flavors there is at least quality or at least quantity. Instead, two miserable scoops, but really bad, and not even very tasty. Incredible, it's very difficult to be completely disappointed and feel scammed in this way. Congratulations! Ps, I'll add later: given the myriad of one-star reviews, where many are very similar to mine, I strongly advise the owner of the place to start looking around a bit to begin to understand that perhaps the problem is not those who criticize her, but her. Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of ​​negative reviews. Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! Let's think about it ✌🏻

21/07/2025: I don't suggest to tourists. The man outside said my italian was terrible (with an obscenity) and said I shouldn't even try to learn it. This is even before we sat down. Completely inappropriate and a quite shocking experience.
