13/06/2025: I was recently at Gelateria Alaska in Rome, and I have to say it was a real discovery! It was a warm summer evening and, after a walk with friends, we decided to stop for an ice cream... the choice was never more appropriate! The place is simple but well-kept, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff was very kind, ready to offer samples and to recommend with a smile the most popular flavors of the day. I chose hazelnut and pistachio, two classic flavors, but here they have something extra: creamy, intense, you can taste that the ingredients are quality. My friends were also enthusiastic - some had fruit flavors, some dark chocolate... everyone was satisfied. A note of merit also goes to the fresh whipped cream, soft and light, as if it were made on the spot. In short, a little corner of goodness in the heart of Rome. I will definitely return, perhaps to try other flavors... even if it will be difficult to give up the pistachio, truly superb!

09/06/2025: Lo frequentiamo da tanto tempo ormai e ci troviamo sempre bene, bar pasticceria con ottimi prodotti, abbiamo fatto fare recentemente una torta molto particolare per i 18 anni di mia figlia e ci hanno accontentato e fatto quello che volevamo, esteticamente molto bella ma soprattutto molto buona, grazie in particolare a Carmina che si è prodigata.

26/05/2025: More than the single point of sale, this review refers to the home delivery app service (in this specific case, however, the pizzeria involved in the order is this one on Via del Serafico). The pizza is very good (perhaps a little expensive) and the offer on the proposed flavors is really interesting and original. The supplì are also very good. Unfortunately, however, in the last order, the pizza arrived almost an hour late and was already cold. While waiting, we also tried to call the point of sale to find out if there had been any problems and/or delivery forecasts but the only available contact was unreachable. Too bad, maybe I'll try it again "on site" but I don't know if I'll use the home delivery service again.

01/06/2025: Proprietario di una scortesia disarmante ed immotivata. Ci eravamo seduti per godere del panorama essendo stati in attesa per 20 minuti al caldo dietro suo stesso consiglio, trovando un tavolo condiviso con il pieno placet della persona che già sedeva lì. Appena seduti, il proprietario viene espressamente da noi a dire che non è politica del bar fare tavoli sociali e che dovevamo immediatamente alzarci e andare via. Noi ci rivolgiamo alla persona che era già lì e aveva acconsentito a farci sedere con lei: lei ha ribadito che per lei non c'erano assolutamente problemi a condividere il tavolo. Il proprietario, tuttavia, insiste per mandarci via, scomodando tutti e tre. Ripeto: scortesia assolutamente immotivata. Rigidità importante che non dovrebbe appartenere ad una persona che di lavoro dirige un bar panoramico.

03/04/2025: Partly by chance and partly by fate, I ended up in this pasta factory. It certainly couldn't have gone better, from the selection of handmade pasta to the entire choice of stuffed pasta. What can I say luck kisses sometimes, I will definitely be back. CRAZY ravioli and guaranteed kindness. Well done, great 👏👏👏👏

05/05/2025: Beautiful day on April 25th in this pleasant valley where you can also take a pleasant walk before and after lunch. The owners of the farm are very welcoming and nice. All the dishes are excellent, tasty and local, a lunch beyond expectations! Among other things, special mention to the starter, the grilled meat and the tiramisu! To return!

I ordered from the Deliveroo app. The rider arrives, I go down and discover that a portion of fried food was missing from the delivery... ok, I ask for a refund... when I go home I open the pizza box and discover a badly cooked pizza and above all not stretched at all. It should be a margherita, but it seems like a joke. You deserve the review because these things are avoidable, as a craftsman, by noticing it when it comes out of the oven. It is intolerable.
