06/10/2025: I arrived at 7:55 PM to pick up two boxes, closed!!! This is respect for customers, for those who came specifically, on foot. I was a customer of yours, but I will never come again. There are pastry shops out there, but politeness and respect are increasingly rare.

24/11/2025: We wanted to take a weekend away and on the way back we stopped in Viterbo. When lunchtime came, we saw this small and cozy place and stopped in. It's called Street and they make exceptional rustic sandwiches and for those who want to eat meat, they have fabulous mutton arrosticini. You have to wait, but the wait is worth it. Young and competent guys, Andrea the manager is super precise and super attentive to every detail. Truly congratulations. Well done!

16/11/2025: While visiting Viterbo with friends, we chose this simple but well-organized restaurant in the historic center of Viterbo for a quick lunch. The staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent. They offer a wide selection of meats and vegetables.

16/08/2025: I just wanted to share my experience yesterday morning, August 15, 2025. I simply stopped for a coffee and a croissant, and then a non-Italian-looking female barista with black hair, annoyed and unfriendly, and awkward, scolded me for something after asking for the receipt for breakfast. Wow, who knows... I found her in the bathroom, with me standing with my back to the door waiting to go in. She was just leaving, and in a loud, angry voice, she told me to move because she had to go through. 😲😲🤣🤣 She definitely didn't like me.

14/05/2025: An excellent place to eat a delicious snack, a cocktail, a capital G ice cream, and a truly well-stocked, high-quality pastry shop. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. If you're passing through, a stop is recommended.

08/12/2025: Chinese below average, much room for improvement.

05/12/2025: Truly awful sushi!!! The fish has an unpleasant smell and taste, it doesn't even deserve one star. On top of that, the staff doesn't even speak Italian. Only after two courses did I go to the cashier and run away from this mess.

25/10/2025: Despite the standardization of franchising, not all Alice Pizza locations offer the same quality pizza, a sign that the craftsmanship still matters. The one on Via del Serafico is one of those that makes nearly every variety well. The service is efficient, though not always welcoming. The atmosphere is clean and simple.

14/11/2025: We rent an apartment nearby and order delicious takeout pizza every night. Great service and reasonable prices.

07/11/2025: Last month after a long flight from NYC ( Oct 2025) my wife and I were staying in Rome for 6 days. We walked to the Aurora Restaurant during a slight rain from our hotel, the " W" Hotel. WOW, when I tell you that this place is a "diamond". The service was amazing as the Filipino waitress just cound not do enough for us, the pasta that we had was like the very best and the desert (creme Caramel and Tiramisu) were just out of this world. We witnessed a family having dinner with a few friends and they asked us if we would mind if they played the piano as a gesture for their best friend. We were amazed at the beauty of the request, the sincerity and how the staff just made everyone feel so special. We will not forget this experience, although we had many beautiful ones, this by far made us feel so welcomed and it was so personal. We loved it so much that we went back for dinner again 3 days later and had an amazing time. I wish I knew the recipe for the creme caramel but I guess we will have to come back next year. Thank you so Much for everything !

25/07/2025: I have seen some bad reviews so I want to share my experience. We had a great evening, the staff were very efficient and friendly and spoke Spanish and English. The food is very good quality, although the vegetarian options are a bit limited. The cocktails were great and well served. We went here before a concert at Parco della Música and it was perfect. The athmosphere is lovely, it has a huge outside seating space illuminated by lightbulbs, a pizza truck and a meat grill. The garden is surrounded by palm trees. We had a great dining experience.

19/08/2025: I went there with my family tonight for the first time...first and last time...absolutely not recommended...terrible service...we chose the all-you-can-eat option...after two hours many of the items ordered still hadn't arrived...we asked for some items not to be brought anymore because it was very late by now...and there weren't even many people...they didn't even apologize and no discount on the price...table service by completely out of place young girls, without any courtesy or attention...unkempt outdoor setting with a series of objects piled up near our table for no reason (water crates, scales, I think dirty clothes, etc.)...some dishes were decent, many others of a low standard...never again!

01/12/2025: I bought a gluten-free and lactose-free cake a few weeks ago. It was really delicious, and my celiac friend had no problems; in fact, she was thrilled. The owner was very helpful, considering we were a bit last-minute. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: The most iconic spot in Santa Severa. A great place to meet for an aperitif or after dinner to chat with friends. Breakfast is also available. Very friendly staff, led by the super Daniele, the kiosk owner. Fresh products and excellent cocktails; the cream crepes are fabulous.
