15/03/2026: The mid/ late aged cashier/attendant at the counter is one of the rudest waiter(lacks basic manners and ettiquetes with a loud, rowdy tone) I have ever come across who expects tourists to converse fluent Italian. The same lady stands outside the restaurant greeting pedestrians luring them to visit the restaurant during peak lunch hours. When asked for an invoice she couldn’t comprehend it, it’s quite strange to see this sort of a temperament from a business who major revenue is driven by tourists and non native speakers alike.. the food is mediocre, I would advice first timers to try the other cafe adjacent to this one..

28/04/2026: The ice cream has increased in price but has worsened in taste. On Sunday I bought 3 different flavours but they all seemed the same. I only felt a very sweet taste and in my opinion it has worsened.
01/04/2026: A blonde sales assistant was extremely rude, surly, and bitter, and she didn't even ask if I wanted cream, in a place called DOPPIA PANNA!
If I could give the service zero stars, I would.
Terrible experience, a shame because the gelato is very good.

They brought us extra things we hadn't ordered from the waitress.

08/05/2026: A nice, well-maintained place with a good wine selection. The cuisine is interesting and tasty, some of which are of a good standard. The meat needs reconsidering, as if you ask for it to be medium rare and then place it on a hot stone, it arrives well done, even though the meat remains tender.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but inexperienced. I'm always happy to return.
07/05/2026: We had a great experience, both in terms of service and location, which was simple but well-organized.
The pasta was excellent, both the traditional version and the one with asparagus and pecorino cheese.

I went to Mondicaffè for a coffee and a croissant and had a very positive experience.
The coffee was truly excellent: definitely one of the shop's strong points, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area who wants a good coffee.
The place is simple, average, and not particularly quaint, but neat and clean. The waiter was also very friendly, which always adds to the pleasant experience.
Overall, highly recommended for a coffee break in the area.
21/01/2026: An excellent cappuccino, one of the best I've had in a long time, made by a barista passionate about his work. The girella (a type of croissant) was also truly excellent and fresh. The bar/shop is beautiful to look at. And I discovered all this by chance, in a neighborhood I rarely pass by.
