It is so sad to give them only 3 stars, but I live in the neighborhood and go occasionally (l know I'm a positive person!) hoping they have changed... But no! A 45 minute wait for a beer... A 50 minute wait for an Aperol Spritz! Not acceptable!!! I will still buy bread from them and try to eat dinner or have a. Aperitivo.... Because I'm a positive person who believes in change!
Hire more staff!!!

Born as a bakery, this restaurant offers Roman specialties prepared to perfection. In fact, the cacio e pepe, carbonara and amatriciana triptych deserve a standing ovation.
The fried braised croquette is unique, crunchy on the outside and melting on the inside.
Obviously, since it is an oven, there is a good selection of types of bread that is served when you sit down.

Relaxed environment a stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica with internal production of bread products, in which there is not a vast menu, which I consider a strong point given that by concentrating the offer on a few dishes it is possible to provide quality products improve.
I can obviously recommend the first courses, a symbol of Roman cuisine, a bomb, tasty at the right level. I found the crunch of the bacon in the carbonara perfect for giving the dish a "bite".
I also appreciated the braised croquettes which offer the right contrast between the softness of the braised meat and the crunchiness of the breading.
The staff is efficient.
The price is excellent.

Very very long service, we arrived at 6:30 p.m. to leave at 10 p.m. for 2 people.
Decent dish but lack of cooking for the pasta. Dish with ravioli not very hearty.

I stopped to have a coffee and some snacks as if it were any bar and instead discovered a beautiful place, incredible atmosphere, it's like going back 50 years, a very relaxing and welcoming place ☺️

Too chaotic and very few staff. The waitress left us waiting for more than forty minutes without even taking our breakfast order. The food is good and expensive, but the organizational inefficiency is not worth it

Super. Refined products, varied menu with traditional dishes always present. Well-studied wine list suitable for every request. Oven, kitchen, delicatessen, a young, classy format, suitable for any occasion. A stone's throw from St. Peter's in Rome. High quality at the right price.

locale accogliente con personale gentile... cibo buono unica pecca poca chiarezza sull'offerta tra menù e banco tra l'altro la margherita servita ti aspetti una pizza tonda ma riceverai sei tranci di pizza ma non era descritto così nel menu...
