20/03/2026: A macrobiotic restaurant we found "by chance," offering a wide variety of vegan dishes, carefully prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The shop is in front, and the restaurant is behind it, quite large and centrally located. Highly recommended, even for those (like us) who don't follow a macrobiotic diet.

04/04/2026: I went to Ale's Pizza in Reggio Emilia and ordered a €10.90 menu with fries and a Coke. For my sandwich, I chose a panuozzo with porchetta, potatoes, and provola cheese.
I have to say, it was truly amazing: the panuozzo was nice and filling, you could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the flavor was truly excellent. The portion was generous and filling, leaving you satisfied.
For the price, it was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back!

09/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery! I had dinner at Bancia and was truly impressed. Even though I'm not necessarily a regular plant-based fan, the dishes were delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can taste the meticulous research behind every ingredient. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's proof that vegetarian and vegan cuisine can be incredibly tasty and satisfying for anyone. I'll definitely be back!

15/08/2025: Took a detour just to go and have Indian food in Novellara due to thriving Sikh community that have brought the food, tradition and Indianness in this place.
Place : Slightly outside of Novellara.
Food : Absolutely loved it. You might get both the flavors of regular Indian restaurant and the taste of Dhaba. Overall, the taste, the flavors and the quality of food was fulfilling.
Price : You are in for a surprise. Rather a good one. Full paisa 💰 vasool.
Ambience : Ok.
Service : Acceptable

12/01/2026: It's called Bar Mario, but there's very little Ligabue in it. In fact, the whole time I was there drinking hot chocolate, there was an entire Vasco Rossi playlist playing! Nothing against Vasco; in fact, I love him. But if you're Bar Mario, I'm not saying you should constantly play an entire Ligabue playlist, but at least don't play an entire Vasco playlist, otherwise it seems like a joke!
I haven't tried the food, just the hot chocolate with plain cream—nothing special.
The two ladies are kind, but let's just say they're more cheerful and sociable only with whoever they like.
It's a real shame, because it has so much potential...
