14/12/2025: We were regulars, and on Saturday the 13th evening we showed up without a reservation (we've always gone without a reservation) and Sara greeted us with, "We're full. We don't have any room." After a few seconds of silence, I expected a suggestion like, "Do you want to wait a few minutes?" or "Let's see when a table becomes available?" But nothing... so, surprised, I asked, "Are you going to send us away?" And Sara nodded. I was shocked. First, it wasn't an answer I should give to even passing customers. Second, I'm the director of a company, and if one of my employees dares give a customer a response like that, they'll be out of business the next day. I wrote, "We were customers," at the beginning, because we'll definitely never be back.

15/01/2026: Had dinner with the family. The custom pizza creations were fun. The service was quick and attentive, and the ingredients were good. Some areas of the dining room were perhaps a little cold.

13/01/2026: Located in the historic center, behind the Panizzi Library, the restaurant features several moderately sized rooms and a terrace overlooking Corso Garibaldi. The staff is attentive and discreet. After a friendly welcome, a unique selection of ingredients puts customers' imaginations and good taste to the test. Good pizza in the evening, but at lunchtime, Pirru Cafè is a cut above.

12/01/2026: It's called Bar Mario, but there's very little Ligabue in it. In fact, the whole time I was there drinking hot chocolate, there was an entire Vasco Rossi playlist playing! Nothing against Vasco; in fact, I love him. But if you're Bar Mario, I'm not saying you should constantly play an entire Ligabue playlist, but at least don't play an entire Vasco playlist, otherwise it seems like a joke! I haven't tried the food, just the hot chocolate with plain cream—nothing special. The two ladies are kind, but let's just say they're more cheerful and sociable only with whoever they like. It's a real shame, because it has so much potential...

10/01/2026: The pizza may be good, but the service is terrible... I try to order and they don't even have the honesty to say we can't or that they're full... they just hang up the phone. Wow!

13/12/2025: I called an hour in advance to order, but when I arrived an hour later, the pizza still wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes at the restaurant, and they still didn't make it. Very disappointing service and disrespect for customers' time. Not recommended.

29/11/2025: I came here specifically on the recommendation of a colleague from another ice cream shop in the province, who said it was a very good ice cream shop since it was closer to my house. I have to say I was quite disappointed. The selection of flavors was limited, with some flavors being monotonous. My only criticism was the service, and the whipped cream in particular, which was very good! I'll return in the future, but for now, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth! Too bad!
