The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, and the staff stands out for their great professionalism and customer service. They listened to my request and fulfilled it perfectly, demonstrating a rare level of care and helpfulness. A truly positive experience, highly recommended!

The only popular thing, however, is the location, with its pleasant, rustic, and warm style, but certainly not the portions and prices. For two people, €66 with 1 bottle of water, no wine, dessert, or coffee. An appetizer of giardiniera, some fried sage, a platter of raw ham (€12, 6 slices in total), a butter and sage ravioli, and a small portion of fried frogs. We were still hungry, but we preferred to continue elsewhere... Reggio's culinary offerings allow you to eat very well while definitely spending less.
16/01/2026: A very welcoming and charming place. The prices are fair and the food excellent. Perhaps more suitable for two people rather than large groups. Reservations are recommended, as there are seating arrangements. A pleasant discovery.

11/01/2026: A truly one-of-a-kind pastry shop, with knowledgeable and fantastic staff. Sara's creations are beautiful and, above all, delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, it's like being at home.

06/01/2026: It's gone downhill, a great shame. I'm writing this review after several times where both I and the people I went with were dissatisfied.
Frozen and poorly cooked pastries, terrible service: poorly made cappuccinos, served in glasses, and a very long wait.
The inside is very noisy, with tables crowded together and often dirty. It used to be a nice place, I hope it improves again.

19/10/2025: I absolutely recommend it: a pastry shop with truly excellent products. I haven't had a chance to try their desserts yet, but based on their breakfasts (i.e., croissants and erbazzone), I imagine they'll be very good. They have various types of pastries for breakfast (I've tried at least 2 or 3 and was satisfied). You can tell they're made in-house: the dough is soft and crumbly, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and they fill the pastry however you like (for me, the best is the pistachio cream, but I've also tried the gianduja and it wasn't bad). It's a shame it's such a small place; there's a long line, so stopping there isn't the best option. There are a couple of tables outside, but nothing special.
03/10/2025: A small, slightly hidden pastry shop near the hospital. There's a few parking spaces in front, but there are paid parking spots on the street. They have some seating outside, but inside you're standing.
Quality sweets (I recommend the Veneziana filled with gianduia cream) at reasonable prices. They also have various savory options and their own products for sale.
Professional staff.

19/12/2025: The boss is really rude, you pay but that guy reacts as if he gave it to you as a gift from hell.. there is absolutely no respect in that place, avoid it thanks!!!
18/12/2025: There were 20 of us here, agreeing to a fixed menu per person. The menu consisted of: cured meat appetizers + gnocco (about one gnocco per person with a single cured meat each), a trio of tortelli (about 6-7 of each), mini dessert samples (a chocolate square, panettone, and crostata), water, Lambrusco, and coffee. Total: €40. The tortelli were also good, but I think a little more could have been had for that price. The atmosphere is informal, with plenty of parking and friendly staff. Asking around, it seems the dinner price is in line with the city's standards.
