21/12/2024: We happen upon it by chance on a Saturday for lunch: first of all, the welcome from the staff is excellent and they immediately find us a place for two. It is immediately clear that this is a family-friendly and friendly place. The restaurant offers both fixed menus so you can enjoy all their dishes but also à la carte. We opt for the classic mixed grilled meat and dune empanadas accompanied by french fries. The service is fast but also excellent, because in addition to what we ordered they bring us an entrée and to finish after the dessert some fruit and nuts followed by the bitters also offered by the house (licorice, limoncino and melon). The only flaw is that the place is small but still quiet.

20/11/2024: Stiamo parlando di uno dei gelati che una persona possa mangiare, in Italia. Non aspettatevi la solita quantità di gusti perché qui troverete meno quantità ma tantissima qualità. Usano prodotti freschi e vantano una esperienza di oltre 20 anni Se passate da Modena passate qui e non fatevi ingannare dall'aspetto esterno, spesso giudichiamo senza sapere quali tesori nascosti possiamo trovare dentro piccole boutique !!

12/01/2025: I look at the timetable and see that they open at 11.00. I show up at the restaurant and wait for them to finish serving the gentleman before me. On my turn I ask for 2 crepes but the clerk who serves me tells me that they make them from 12.00. So I wonder why this information is not reported anywhere or even inside the restaurant. The clerk tells me that the hours on the site are wrong and that they asked to change them....but I ask myself and say if you are open why do I have to wait 1 hour for a crepe? I'm sorry because they didn't understand that you don't treat customers this way. I hadn't stumbled upon the ice cream shop by chance but I went there on purpose and left unserved.

31/12/2024: I can recommend Romana's gelato with confidence. This time, I had pistachio, passion fruit, apple compote, and fresh cream on top. I also had it in Rimini, but personally I felt the sweetness was just right in Modena.

The industrial decor reflects the area of ​​the city and the identity of the pub, with gears painted on the ceiling, wooden tables and thematic details. Congrats on the dispenser. The location is not visible from the street and there is the possibility of parking in front of the entrance. Very easy-going service that respected the right waiting times, despite it being a Saturday evening with almost sold out seats. Paper and online menu that has so many possibilities including craft beers, burgers (on average €13), sandwiches, pizzas and desserts. Covered consistent with everything else. For a hamburger with chips included, a zero cola, a mini cheesecake, courgette flowers to share together with water I spent €24. As times go, correct. A somewhat lackluster appetizer with a lackluster flavour. Instead, quality burgers with an interesting choice of bread, but a little small for me. Delicious and sweet, very basic side dish. I will return to try the beers.

04/11/2024: Locanda del Mulino di Gorzano is an enchanting place, perfect for an authentic Emilian culinary experience. During our visit, we savored the delicious mixed antipasto del Mulino, followed by the classic Tortellini in capon broth and the refined Tortelloni Vecchia Modena with spun balsamic vinegar, all dishes performed with a unique care for local traditions. The desserts, in particular the hot Sfogliatina with custard and the inn's Tiramisu, were the perfect culmination of an excellent lunch. The cuisine and hospitality of the Locanda make the restaurant an unmissable stop for those seeking the authentic Modena flavor in a welcoming and refined environment

We ate two tasting menus of meat and fish, including 1 tasting menu of wines, although very good. In my opinion the portions are really small and the wine tasting menu is a little expensive.
