16/03/2024: Not on Saturday night. We arrive at the restaurant at 9.00pm, after having booked, and are seated in the external room. We order food and after 1 hour only 4 dishes had arrived. After a few complaints to the waiters something changed, but when 10.40pm arrived only 2/3 of the dishes had arrived, all the hot ones but only 2 or 3 courses of sushi. I complain to the owner again, and while I wait I notice that 2 other tables stop her for the same reason as me, not to mention the other two outside next to us. We receive an apology, but she claims that the dishes had all arrived anyway (I had to agree with her so as not to create too much confusion in the room), also claiming that the delay was due to the sudden absence of one of the chefs. Food all ok, nothing excellent or disgusting, apart from the oyster, not very fresh, which seemed to have been blended with various pieces of shell inside. I'm sorry, I've always had a good time, but this evening I really didn't. An evening to forget precisely because of the venue.

10/03/2024: I go there every day, the quality of the food is not bad for a canteen. The structure dates back to the 80s and would definitely need a good renovation and modernization. The service leaves a lot to be desired; the tables where you eat are practically never cleaned, as are those with the condiments which, when they run out, are often not replaced. It is not uncommon that after the meal you don't know where to put your tray because the trolleys are always full and are not replaced with empty ones. For work reasons I have eaten for years in another establishment of the same chain where the service/service staff ratio was more or less the same; cleanliness, service and efficiency were impeccable, so don't come up with the usual excuse that there is no staff.
